I came to Mountain View on a whim for my nephew. But coming to the Ramada definitely made the trip worth while. It felt like home even if it was just for one night. The view from the outside was stunning felt like I was in like A Disney movie or something. I would definitely stay at another Ramada in room .

When you first walk in it looks clean. However when I pulled the blankets back to lay down and rest a bit, I noticed some long black hairs on the sheet. I have short blonde hair mind you. I took it off the bed but then thought I should investigate/scan the bed a bit more. I lifted the pillow and sure enough there were more black hairs under the pillow. There was also a blood stain on the comforter. I called down to the front desk and requested clean bedding. A woman brought a stack of sheets and no comforter. She proceeded to hand it to my husband and walked away. Really!? We made the bed ourselves. Nice. Once I was ready to turn in I went to remove my socks and the bottom of my socks were black! I don't know know if the floor has been cleaned at all. I did not rest well as I couldn't stop thinking what else hadn't been cleaned properly and I (for my sanity) did not make it a point to investigate further. I didn't want to ruin our anniversary weekend. But let's just say I did not feel romantic at all. I felt discusted and NOT in the mood for romance in that space. GROSS and awful hospitality. It's a 2 for me!

The parking is very limited for the amount of rooms. Even thought is is next to Google, did not seem like the safest area. Police care cruising though as we arrived. Both doors were locked upon arriving to the office, no signs. I would have liked advance notice that no type of breakfast would be available for guests.

I stayed one night. The bathroom emitted a very foul odor. I was too tired to call the desk. I should have changed rooms but I thought it would not be better. The service and breakfast was reasonable.PThe property was old.

The lobby and room are small and out dated. Breakfast room is located at separted building. The scramble eggs did not cook right, it was watery and tastless. The apples were not fresh at all. The front desk staff told us breakfast starts 6:30am, but the sign on the breakfast room door says 6am.
