The location is great! In downtown, walk able to pretty much everything in downtown. The hotel is nice and the rooms are on the newer side. They have a rooftop style pool but it's not on the roof of the hotel, rather just a few floors up and above like the lobby or something. You can easily walk to Pine street for shops and restaurants and a handful of bars. There is also belmont shore about a 10 minute walk with more water front dinning and shopping and a boardwalk.
Clean, good service and taking precautions to ensure guests are safe. Complimentary coffee from the bar due to lack of facilities in the room which was lovely! Beds extremely comfortable. Pool are lovely! A great stay
First off the hotel room had no coffee maker and no microwave. We stayed here because the reviews were good but we were miserable. We took our 10 yr old son to visit the Aquarium and this hotel was a perfect distance from all attractions however, there was a huge crowd at the pool from about 3pm until the hotel finally closed it..noone was social distancing and few were wearing masks. The were drinking and making all kinds of noise. The someone decides to light up a cigar which smelled so bad that even with the door shut we could smellit all night! The alarms went off and we were told to evacuate through the stairs. We waited for at least an hour before someone finally got the elevators running again(we stayed on the 5th floor because that was where the rooms started). We had to wait until the next moring to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. There was a gas smell out at the pool and the jacuzzi smelled like mildew. I was very suprised since this is a 4star hotel and I have stayed at the Westin hotels elsewhere. The beds were not comfortable as I could feel the springs in the middle of it at night. When we tried to leave to get food (the food place here was crazy expensive) our ticket to leave the parking structure would not work so we had to go back up the elevators and to the desk to get another one. The parking is $30 a day which is ridiculous when they already cut a bunch of other amenities in the room. I was very unhappy with this hotel and will never stay at this one again.…
My boyfriend and I thought the room was very clean, comfortable bed and great staff. The location to restaurants and the convention center is awesome, all within walking distance. COVID-19 put a damper on the room service options but enjoyed the coffee and drinks to go in the lobby. $30/day was a lot to swallow for parking, felt it would have been more appropriate for just $30 for the 2 day stay total. Also had to call security at 2am for banging downstairs but it was addressed quickly and we went right back to sleep.
This place is a 4 -star hotel, so be prepared to pay $30.00 at night for parking. They normally have free breakfast, but since the covid-19 they didn`t have any free grab in go, they wanted you pay for everything. Also no one told us there wouldn't be any housekeeping, so we came back to our from a long day outside to find our room hadn't been touched! Very disappointed!
