Amenities and service were 5/5 The chef was very open to custom orders and they tasted wonderful. From the Roti to the Coconut ice cream, the kitchen side did an amazing job! The wait staff were very attentive and in a short span of 2 days knew what were our habits and certain things became automatic at some point and I was really amazed. My group of 14 recently embarked on an unforgettable adventure at Club Med Kiroro Peak, enjoying a luxurious 4-day, 3-night stay. The GOs here are very approachable and friendly. They made us feel very much like we are home, being able to converse with the staff in familiar language. This especially made us feel much more at home since we spent 2 weeks in different province of Japan, having slight difficulty in communicating with the locals. The food was amazing, the entire experience was great. The staff was very attentive and wanted to ensure that we had a good stay here!

We arrived at Club Med Kiroro Peak after a few weeks of moving around Japan on our trip. It was a much needed rest stop for us where all of our needs were taken care of by the amazing team and we could take a respite from having to worry about things like communication and where to go for meals. Everyone pulled out all the stops to make sure we felt comfortable and pampered and it was deeply appreciated after our previous hotels. It was my first time seeing snow and skiing as well and I am glad that such a life experience was made more memorable thanks to choosing to stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak. As a Singaporean traveler, I had an amazing experience at Kiroro Peak Club Med Ski Resort! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning scenery and warm hospitality of my GO Merlin and the other friendly staff such as Young and Anna. The ski slopes were fantastic, with a variety of runs suitable for all skill levels. As someone who's relatively new to skiing, I appreciated the beginner-friendly terrain and patient instructors Toru and Rachel who helped me improve my technique. Even seasoned skiers will find plenty to challenge them here, with the resort's advanced runs and off-piste opportunities. I had great expectations, and somehow they surpassed everything I expected. Merlin was very attentive to detail and made us comfortable, staff was friendly and made sure no one left out, especially when we had quite a few people new to club med and the activities in general, like Rachel who was a great instructor or Rovin who always made sure everyone felt welcome. Young also helped with quite a few requests so we had no issues, and Anwar joined us for lunch to talk to us about his experience here.

This is my first time going to Club Med, and it certainly won’t be my last. To me, Club Med is a CULT, but definitely in the best away possible. (Hope Jay and Rovin would be smirking if you guys are reading this) Th culture of endless energy and treating the guests like a family is just extraordinary, and nothing like I’ve experienced. The service they provided here are just simply the best, they always make sure you’re taken care of, and there is simply never a dull moment in the resort. I was fortunate enough to spend 9 nights at the wonderful Club Med Kiroro in March 2023. The GO's, the service, the food and the facilities exceeded my expectations in every way. The GO's particularly, led by the wonderful Chef de Village Merlin, were absolutely fantastic and made my holiday one I shall never forget. The snow was perfect for me and the Kiroro Peak facilities were excellent. I can't recall waiting for any lift. My ski instructor, Mersila, was just the best and really ensured I progressed. I also enjoyed an excursion to the nearby town of Otaru, great fun. I strongly recommend Club Med Kiroro. Thank you!
