The beds were very comfortable and the room couldn't be cleaner or decorated nicely. The room was spotless.. not even a burned out light bulb or crooked picture. The manager and reception desk person could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I would give this hotel 5 stars except for the food/breakfast. The coffee was terrible. It seems the cook has not cleaned the coffee pot thoroughly as it tastes bitter and like week-old coffee. The fake scrambled eggs looked like a pile of yellow dust and the sausage and potatoes were undercooked. The entire breakfast looked really unappealing. So the cook/food was the only problem. I will gladly stay here again but run out to Circle-K down the street for their coffee and breakfast sandwich.

We have been here at the Hampton Inn in Hemet, California for about 2 months. A flood in our home made it unlivable. Lucky our home owners insurance is paying for our room. Well we could not ask for such a great stay. The staff each and everyone of them has made us feel pampered with smiles. I am sure they work very hard to keep it clean and above all a stress free environment! Thank all of you at Hampton Inn that have made us feel important!

Friendly and helpful at the front desk. Breakfast bar had good food and packed my food in a box so I could eat in my room. Hotel room was clean and we had a comfortable bed. A/C was thermostat controlled and worked well.

Booked with reservation over the phone, they gave us a better rate from $274 to $225.00 total for one night while we went to a family party. To our surprise, when we checked in they charged us an additional $250 for deposit, which I paid, and was refunded after 3 days. When looking at our credit card statement our original payment of $225 they had offered for our stay went to $394.00 which was more than quoted and more that the original price online of $274 a night. I called many times, they stated they where going to check the booking recording. And I must wait over a week for there review of the confirmation. After calling back they said we will refund you $76, which is not even the total of $169 they over charged in the first place. And said that’s all they can do. I am one disappointed and dissatisfied customer and warn you to be careful when booking with this hotel. How am I paying close to $400 for one night at this hotel when I was quoted $225, and they just say to me that’s all we can refund you. I even asked to talk to management and they said here is an email you can write and takes up to 5 days to get a respond. To write to support@reservationdesk.com. And I am very mad with the way I was over charged and treated by this company. I do not recommend anybody to this hotel or to make a call to reservation desk. They will over charge you more. And say that’s all we can do for a refund. I have never been treated this bad from a company after they quoted a price and charged what ever they wanted afterwards. If management wants to talk to me, look at the email I will write, I’m los taking this to the BBB for their assistant in this matter.

Booked this hotel with a 3rd party last time. There were issues. Hotel manager said, "Book with us directly next time." So, this time I did. I booked a suite with two queen beds, as I was told there were no King suites available. Arrived to find out the room fee given me when I called and booked the room was now higher for days two and three of my stay. I was told by the person checking me in that they charge more when the hotel has more guests. I complained. Complaint was ignored. "I will be sure to tell the manager, who will be here in the morning." The manager is the person who booked the room for me over the phone. Never heard a word from anyone about it. Stayed three nights. Asked for a quiet room as my number one consideration. The manager who booked me (Desiree, I believe) put me next to a pump room that ran all night. Since the headboards of both queen beds in my room were on the wall next to the pump (or whatever made a loud rhythmic noise all day and night) room there was no escaping it, even with my Calm app trying to compete with the sound of rain. Was in town due to a family health issue and really needed to get good sleep to be able to think clearly about all that was going on during the day. That was made pretty much impossible. I was made to feel from beginning to end that I did not matter, my business did not matter, and that I am a Hilton Honors member did not matter. I was charged more than what I was quoted when I booked, put in a room that was so noisy I could barely sleep, and my complaints were completely ignored, without even so much as the courtesy of a phone call or any other follow up. To top it all off, the carpeting in the room was pulling out, creating the worry that we might cut our feet when walking in the room. Horrible experience. I cannot state it more emphatically. This hotel is not worthy of affiliation with Hilton or the Hilton Honors program and gives both a black eye with the terrible service I received not once, but twice. I will never darken their door here again.

Stayed for 1 week during hottest month of the year. The AC is on a sensor so if you don’t move at night, no AC so sleep is impossible. One side of the hotel is warmer than the other - they don’t care they say that’s how the hotel was built and no offer to another room. I paid $1392 for a week for that and that was after I was given my hold money back of $250 which was supposed to be only $100. Also, no electric for 24 hours and when I asked how the hotel was compensating that - at checkout the receptionist said I just work the night shift. I submitted a review directly to the Hampton Inn and still no answer. When I finally got a good nights sleep by opening a window, I told them at the front desk - they said we knew something was going on with no. No accountability for anything. It’s your fault, don’t expect kindness. Only redeeming quality is the woman who keeps the breakfast nook excellent and the housekeeping staff who keep it clean. For 1 night, you may find this ok; for an extended stay, don’t bother. Also, I was denied a digital key which I get every time I stay at a Hampton. This is my 65th stay at a Hampton and this is definitely the worst of the whole entire bunch. We are switching hotel chains because of this.

The hotel is clean and reception is fine but this is the first Hampton Inn we have been to that takes a $250 deposit plus your room fee at check-in for «just in case expenses»! We were in shock! The room was standard, and clean. Good bed and pillows but the walls and ceilings are thin! You could hear everything in the neighboring rooms both beside you and from above. Every time they walked across the floor it was like thunder! We did not sleep well because of the noise. We were up early but did not try the breakfast. Because of the noise and deposit policy at this hotel, we will not be returning nor recommending it.

I expected this hotel to be one of the nicer places to stay in Hemet. It probably is. The place seems nice overall. However our check in was over an hour late with no accommodation offered on the back end for a later check out time. One of the receptionists at the front desk was also very rude when I asked about it. They did however encourage us to sign up for their rewards program. Hard pass if we can't check in on time.
Maybe its just a bit of bad luck, but our room had a sizeable area of water damage and possibly some mold on the ceiling (see photos). When we showed the photos to the receptionist at the front desk at check out she was polite, but honestly she could have cared less. You'd think on a holiday weekend, the hotel would want to have the place in excellent condition.

I had a horrible experience and shouldn't have been charged. We flew 8hrs, spent thousands of dollars to attend nephew’s wedding and missed most of the wedding. Despite being booked under a wedding party block by my nephew, our room wasn’t ready upon arrival , or for hours after the check in time. We finally had to shower in a family member’s room after the finished getting ready; causing us to be the last of the family to arrive at the wedding. We got in our room after the reception late Friday night, had to leave reception early to clear out of family members room and move into hours. We had access to our room for less than 12 hours total. They made no concession at hotel saying there was no manager or supervisor on duty or on call for the entire weekend. Horrible experience.

We stayed 3 days. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Weird that they didn’t have cookies for reception because of Covid they said. Yet they had cookies at their breakfast. I did use their hot tub and they need bigger towels and a sign where the controls are located. Also used their guest laundry.
