Hotel Ela lies in the center of Ardesen, It's a good place to overnight on the way, but if you'd like to spend more time at the area you find better places on the way to the valley. My room was quite spacious with view to the city, wifi was correct, breakfast also. I'd like to highlight the extreme helpful staff. Not a memorable place, but nothing to complain. Good.

I stayed at Ela hotel with my wife while visiting Ayder for the day. Staff was absolutely fantastic and spoke enough english to be very helpful. Wifi was fast enough. Breakfast was great. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

We arrive in ardesen off a bus in the middle of the night. No one speaking English, we wandered upon Ela hotel. Not only did they speak great English, but Captain Murat (manager) helped us get an amazing off season tour to Pokut Yaylasi 20 minutes after we asked. He and the other employees (Murat the concierge) were so kind to us. Would highly recommend if you are trying to get to the mountains, and for a nice comfortable stay. (Breakfast was the best we had in Turkey - you can order eggs how you like them). Thank you!!!

Great hotel with wonderful facility. In every room is free wifi. Special thanks to Marat Captan who help us with transfer to mountain and recommend us point of interests. Food are different and very delicious.

I have been in Ela Hotel in Ardesen last year and again a few days ago. A few things made me bad impression and I need to point them out.
A Hotel, no matter to which people is hosting, it has to have English speaking personnel (I don't expect it from the chef and the waiter, but the Reception, MUST).
The morning receptionist could just say "Good morning" but the afternoon one was more fluent.
My room had 2 deficiencies, one with the window and the second with a bad odor in the bathroom. They just moved me in another room (lucky to find it available).
The breakfast -always important in a hotel- comparing to the hotel size and guests number was close to average.

This small hotel is located in the heart of the city. We stayed here for 2 nights in December and the first night was terrible for us. The rooms were so cold. After we asked them to turn the heater on it was OK. Also breakfast was not good enough. But the staff was really so friendly and nice.

I was in Ardesen for 34 daays (3 nights) and stayed in this hotel. Very modern and newly constructed (2013-14) with modern interior design, rooms coomfy (mine was a bit small), and nice bed (pilows too big). Very good restaurant. I would recomend it for anyone. And the price -for european standards- reasonable. Just one major deficit: lack of English (besides the manager -Murat- noone else could speak English!!

Nice boutique Hotel, in the city center. New, clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient to stay if you are visiting Ayder. Staff is professional, very helpful, solution oriented, they intent to make your stay pleasant. Breakfast is nice. Best place to stay in the region, definetely will visit back and stay more.
