What I love: ~The location is nice, right in Krabi Town and not a far drive from the airport ~ The view of this hotel is nice. Surrounded but the mountain, big lake with lots of Lotus. lots of trees. Really breathtaking ~ You can rent kayak to roam the lake ~ Big swimming pool ~ Spacious room. We took 2 bedroom unit What can be better: ~ The hotel is a bit rundown. Furniture is old. The drain smell and a bit dusty ~ Swimming pool need to be maintained. Some tiles have came off and hurt your feet if you step on it ~ Breakfast was so so ~ Facilities are not available
Yes it's a bit run down but the staff keep it spotless and you will rush back from the town or ao nang just to enjoy the peace and quiet of the pool area or walk around the pond, great buffet breakfast, enjoyed a great week there would definitely return
Maritime Park Resort located at Krabi Town which is very convenient for us to walk around and only around 20 minutes from Aonang Beach. Friendly staff, and love the view from our room especially the super big lotus pond. Overall its a good experience for us.
We have our room in high floor so we got the nice view over their lake and pool from our rooms. However, the room is a slightly rundown with loud a/c but overall still clean. Location will be good if you plan to walk around the Krabi town and markets. Friendly lobby staffs but staffs service need to be improve as no attendance at the entrance upon our arrival. Worth a short stay.
An old dirty 'resort' used by travel agencies when flights are dealyed. The place is not maintained and with bugs everywhere. Pool area is not renovated and the staff are not very friendly. Avoid this place...
Not upscale but clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a great stop over from our next destination. It was very locally centralized if you want the night market and shopping. A very short walk to great restaurants and the Vogue mall.
Well, To begin with the experience.. The location is 5 mins away from krabi town. Check-in was very quick and front office were efficient and extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious and well maintained and styled with wooden floor. The room had a spectacular view over the lagoon, river and garden. Overall, the room was cozy and spacious. From our balcony, we felt quite relaxed with the greenery and overlooking nature. The resort offers a beautiful tropical garden with flowered lobbies and a lovely pool as well as many rejuvenating spots where you can chill and rest with your partner completely surrounded by trees. The breakfast was sumptuous. The resort also provide tuk-tuk to Krabi Town and Aonang Beach at a nominal charge where you can experience the colorful nightlife with bars, restaurant, shopping, as well as night markets and during the day, head to the Krabi's pier where you can charter a private or shared speedboat to the nearest island within 30 minutes such as Railay Beach. The Bar at the lobby which is at the all day dining as the bar wasn't opened but they were serving to your room. Overall, the property gives a touch of a luxury hotel which is yet an environmental friendly hotel.…
Very run down Hotel. Those photos on internet were taken in the 80’s (most probably). It’s not even a 2-Stars Standard. So it’s a LIE or UPSELL to place it under 4-Stars Resort. Hotel Outlook - 3 Swimming Pool - Should closed Restaurant - 3 (mini buffet breakfast) Room - 3 Room Cleanliness - 2 Facilities - 3 Staff Friendliness - 8 Overall Service - 5 Location - 5 This hotel need to major Renovation.
This hotel was probably very nice 20 years ago, but now it’s falling apart. There is almost no people and no staff. No poolbar, no SPA and no guests. There was monkeys almost in our room, and bats in the reseption. It needs total renovation. The hotel is a bit out og town. I would not go there again.
