When I walked in the lobby for the first time I instantly recognized it from the trips I had taken in the late 80's when i was a teenager. There used to be a few table arcade machines by the entrance on the right as you walk in and I remember the ski lockers being in the same

Ultimately we realised we weren’t happy in this location! The ski in and ski out concept is great but we have found the long runs from this hotel are not the best and so the next few days we had to cross over to the other resorts for better sking - so not at all convenient for

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent stay with us. Your booking was made Online through the hotel homepage. The system will prompt you on the number of persons staying just like any other Online booking system. Your reservation showed one occupant clicked instead of two persons. Having said that, we do apologise that our team member was not quick enough to realise there were two persons as you mentioned that you are on your honeymoon. Separately, in Japan, all hotel rates are based on per head basis. Additionally, we apologise that your were not happy with the state of your room. As a traveling tip, all hotels would be more than happy to change your room if it does not meet your expectation. So, please do approach the Hotel reception and this would be rectified immediately. Our hotel rooms are of standard size(24sqm) in Niseko. If you would like anything larger, yes you could have booked the Hilton or other premium properties. However the rates would have been around 30% - 60% more. We hope your recent experience would not deter you from returning in the future.

There are a few restaurants at the nearby Hilton and Niseko Village behind the Hilton. Most of the restaurants are in Hirafu. There is a shuttle bus service for getting around.
