Liked the hotel and room very much. Different than the normal ones we stay at. The front desk, though, is why I didn’t give it five stars. When we checked in we asked the girl where's places to eat. She didn't know. I told her I thought we saw a billboard for Cracker Barrel. She thought it was far away. We get to our room (which was very nice and clean), look out the window and behold, the Cracker Barrel is right across the street. There's also a Black Bear Diner. She needs a lot more training. The next morning we went to get breakfast that we had prepaid. The check in girl the night before, who didn’t know local places to eat, said breakfast would be by the bar area. Nope. No breakfast and no one to talk to. I knocked on all the doors and yelled out. Not a soul anywhere. I tried for about ten minutes trying to find someone. Finally my husband started walking around and found the buffet area. Ladies working were nice but breakfast wasn’t worth $15. Anyway, we go back to front desk to check out and still no one is there. This is more than half hour now. I went back and told the ladies maybe they should check because maybe the person that's supposed to be working is hurt or sick. One of the ladies checks in the office and comes out with a young man who looked like he had been sleeping. Front desk workers need an overhaul as both experiences were not good for their customer service reputation.

This hotel is right off the 10 HWY. It is close to gas and food. Our first impression was not good. Trash bins were over filled and stuff on the ground, as we got out of our car to check in. We told the clerk and she sent someone to clean up. Check in was good and the lobby area was nice. Staff was friendly. Our room was tidy and comfortable. We checked out the pool and hot tub and it was dirty with leaves and a bit of debris, did not look inviting. Breakfast was good as well. I went down to the pool the next day to see if it had been cleaned, it was still dirty. The chairs were a bit dated and mix matched, I thought I could just lounge by the pool for the day. But they did not have any chaise lounges. Pool area was a disappointment. But I went back the 2nd day and it looked the same. No clean up! Oh well at least our room was clean.

We were visiting family in the area so decided to stay here. It is newly remodeled and lovely. The beds are new too. Breakfast is good, staff friendly and helpful. We had a two bed studio suite which is larger than a regular room, has a microwave, small fridge, keurig and extra sink. There is also a sofa bed. The only drawback is freeway traffic noise which varies depending where your room is located. The air conditioner will drown out most of the noise during summer. Take your iPod and you’ll be fine!

Nice and very clean hotel. It seemed to be a brand new building . Spacious room and comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Super helpful front office staff. We stayed at many Holiday Inn Expresses and this property by far exceeded our expectations.

My wife stayed for 3 days here while visiting my granddaughter. Unknown to me until I got to the hotelI was charged one lower rate because I initially reserved for two days. I added another day and was charged a much higher rate because I phoned and went through my hotel frequent customer IHG account. The staff would not give me the same rate for all 3 days. The hotel is fairly new but already has mold spots in the bathroom. Staff is unfriendly (both thr person who checked me in and the separate person who checked me out).

Entered the lobby and overpowering smell of Pine-Sol, yes it's good to know they are cleaning the place but it smelled like they used the whole bottle.
Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows were provided.
Bathroom had no extractor fan which probably accounts for the water damage to the door, just a poor look.
Towels were of the prison variety. Look, I get the idea that threadbare towels means you spend less on towels but since they are less effective you just have to spend more on laundry.
Finally - Breakfast, what to say ? No one expects gourmet breakfast from the rubber patty/powdered eggs that "free breakfast implies, but those scrambled eggs contained more water than eggs, at least get the ratio right.
Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows were provided.

Easy check in and out. Plenty of parking. Close to gas stations and can walk to restaurants.

Great customer service. Well received and the team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Would stay here always as long as they have rooms available. Awesome golf courses in the neighborhood which I highly recommend. Thank you team.

Had a golf event at Tukwet and this was the closest hotel. Super convenient. And staff was friendly. Check in was easy and welcoming.
Free parking and hot breakfast was included.
Overall, a good experience and will definitely stay here again.

We put on a wedding in Oak Glen and this was the closest, most convenient hotel in the area for our guests. Overall, we were pleased. The rooms had been recently remodeled and everything felt new and clean. Our group had Queen rooms, King rooms and suites, and all met expectations. The rooms were nice sized with decent storage and plenty of outlets. Love having coffee maker (Keurig) in the room. Very nice breakfast with area large enough to accommodate our whole clan. No complaints here!
