It was fine. We were here for a softball tournament. A/c worked good, shower worked, I got no complaints. No roaches, i was happy. I always say all we need is a shower and a bed, umpires don’t need 5 star hotel. Save the money

We were very satisfied with our stay. Keep in mind that this is an economy hotel, so it's in the same class as a Motel 6 or Travelodge. We stayed in room 102, 2 double beds, fridge, microwave, desk. Like Motel 6, the sink is outside the shower/toilet room. Bathroom was small and dated, but it was bright and clean (towels were mixed: plush and worn). The room was significantly larger than a Motel 6 room. Beds were firm enough, the furniture was 1960s solid wood and the room was well lit for reading and working. Staff were efficient and friendly. As the least expensive online option in Beaumont or Banning, it exceeded our admittedly low expectations.

I looked online and got a rate for $60 so I called the hotel and asked him if I could just pay him $60 instead of having to pay them and it would cut into his profits. He said yes but when I got there he told me that we didn’t have any more king size bed so it’s gonna be 75. I told him I can’t afford that I would’ve just paid 60 online. So he got upset and was mad about it but he said OK it’s gonna be 68 with taxes. So I had him $70 and he gives me one dollar back. I told him I thought you said 68 not 69 and he gets mad and hands me my money back and says forget it. So then a couple weeks go by and make a reservation online so I don’t have to deal with him and he tells me you should’ve just called me and I would’ve gave you a cheaper rate like he didn’t even remember. I just ignored him because I didn’t want the same thing happened and checked into my room. Then check out time comes and he walked over to my room and it’s literally two minutes after 11 and he opens my door and just leaves it wide open and says it’s time. What if I was changing or something? He’s so rude and so mean and very greedy you could tell. I didn’t even have any towels in my room and they brought me just one towel. Everything in the room has a dispenser and they just add to it instead of individuals or bars of soap everything is a dispenser on the wall even the tissue box is a dispenser on the wall because he’s afraid that someone’s gonna take the whole box of tissue. It says free breakfast but it is so minor what they give it makes you feel like you’re poor and you don’t want to take too much. It’s a jug of milk and a jug of orange juice and toast and one type of cereal and some donuts and they weren’t even good donuts. And there’s like two of everything out there so you feel bad taking the last of it. No yogurt no fruit and come on at least give some options for some cereals and at least more then one type of bread. Only whole milk and that’s not good for people who don’t drink while milk. I forgot there were two tangerines up there. He might as well get rid of the breakfast because it is bare pickings anyway. If I would of went with another person we would have literally left nothing there because that’s how much was there. Minus the jug of Sunny D and whole milk. The first time I went I had to you the bathroom. So he had the housekeeper open up one of the rooms and when I was done she just locked the door and left for the day. Nobody ever went back to wipe the toilet after me.

Never actually stayed at this motel. Made a reservation online and ABV initially refused to honor the reservation price. I had confirmed early in our conversation that a downstairs room was ready for check-in, but once it was revealed I had a lower priced reservation, I was refused check-in until 3:00pm AND informed there would be a $100 deposit required. Further the downstairs room could not be guaranteed.

Moderate noise level since it is close to the freeway. Several fast food joints nearby. Visible repairs in the room - paint not matching, etc. All in all a fair place to stop and rest. The only problem is ... bedbugs! Woke up in the morning and discovered one of them happily glowing red from all the blood it sucked from me the night before ... I smashed it with a key to make sure it was fresh and not from another fellow who happened to be the meal the night before. This by itself can be traumatic for some people but the best part is the process of decontaminating the entire load upon arrival from a long trip. Instead of relaxing you will have to unload everything into plastic bins or garbage bags, strip naked in the garage (if you have one) and wash and dry everything using the hottest setting. Since it is impossible to remember which item touched what and you happened to roll your dirty clothing in the same case then you may need to do something with the case as well. Let me make this clear folks - once these nasty critters hatch in your house the game is over. You will likely have to replace all the carpets and most of the furniture and pay $$$ to spend a day or two at local hotel while you house is being treated with all kinds harmful chemicals...

Very pleased with economy hotel. Extremely clean rooms with unexpected amenities like a microwave, blow dryer, fridge and even wi-fi. If you're in need of a place to stay while visiting locals or en route to another destination, I highly recommended this location!!

This is one of the cleanest little motels I have ever stayed in. Seriously I kept trying to find something; window sills, top of shower rail, carpet corners and came up clean every time. We were there for one night only to follow our senior little league team who were playing in Yucaipa. Though it was 10 mies east of our destination, highs of 115-110 degrees the owners Mona and Jay were wonderful and operate first class accommodations for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room. The pool was very refreshing.
I would have rated this as Excellent excep for the proximity to the freeway; it's a little noisy. But ver all I would recommend and stay here again if need be.

This is a place to sleep and move on. It's not a five star place, it's not really a three star place. I'm betting you have as much interest in Beaumont as I did, so you'll feel as unimpressed as I was. All of that being said, this will meet your minimums for one night in a motel, and you can look forward to staying somewhere nicer next time.

This hotel was older, but well maintained and clean. Room had king-sized bed, microwave, small fridge, A/C, and a flat screen tv. Staff was very nice. Only complaint was the location of the A/C too far from the bed and it wasn't on when I checked in so the room was hot for awhile. Other than that, a-okay. Close to I-10 on/off ramps, fast-food places, gas station, etc. Very convenient stop. Plan to make it my regular half-way spot between California and Arizona.
