Our 1st time visiting this Hotel. It will be our hotel each time we visit our children now, We have been to every hotel in the Yucaipa area and this one by far exceeded our expectations based on location to freeway, quietness, great breakfast; scrambled eggs and bacon, cleanliness and comfort of home. We stayed in King Suite/Room 303. The Staff was friendly and had attitudes like they were truly happy to have you there. We will stay again.

I truly appreciated the telephone call from Cynthia in advance of my departure from home on the day I was scheduled to stay here. She pointed out that I had accepted the pre-selected room on the website, but it did not fit my request to be non-smoking and face away from the noisy freeway, which I could not determine from the map provided. Since I needed a mobility room as well, she found me a room that fit all of my requests. This attention to the details on my Honors profile indicated to me a true concern for the guests' needs and preferences. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The staff was friendly. Running the air conditioner for 10 minutes took care of the musty odor in my room. I did not check out the pool or the fitness room. I would recommend this Hampton Inn.

I have stayed at this property before for a business trip so decided to stay again this year. I select a room facing the back of the property so your room is not facing the busy 10 freeway. I only had 5 hours of sleep, but their beds are very comfortable and gave me a restful 5 hours of sleep. For breakfast they have fresh pressed juices, cooked eggs, hard-boiled eggs, breads and muffins/pastries, cook your own waffles, etc.; however if you want a meat item, I was told they only serve it on weekends/Sundays. Breakfast is until 10am daily for those that need a later start to the day.

Getting a bit tired and in serious need of updating. But still had a good night's rest. Snowbirds traveling back and forth twice a year always hoping to find that great room, with friendly staff, and convenient dinner stops. Could be better.

The room and hotel clean, swimming pool is disgusting. Wanted to swim but the pool had algae, the bottom of pool was filthy, you could see all the dirt and it was yellow on the bottom, the color of water was greenish. So when it is 100 degrees, you expect the hotel pool to be sparkling and refreshing. No way was I going in and nobody else did that I saw.

We stay in 2nd floor and It was a very noisy because the sound of people walking above our room could be heard very loudly. The Breakfast serve simple. Coffee ready 24 hrs in front of receptionist. The room is quite clean. But my brother who is staying in other room complain about the room that given to him was not clean and they give other room.

Recently stayed there 4 nights from November 7th thru 11th. Room was on the second floor looking out back and over the pool. Room was nice but right next door to my room was a smoking room and from the time you exited the elevator the entire floor smelled of marijuana and literally could get a contact high. Safety and security was a concern. At 3:42am one morning the fire alarm went off. I evacuated properly and then entered the lobby. A "security" vehicle was out front and a security person was inside speaking with a staff member. Staff member said a male pulled the alarm but he did not know where he went. We were told to return to our rooms. Upon returning to the room, the alarm continued to blast for another solid 15-20 minutes, stopped and then started again and rang again for a while. Park one day and entered the building and the trash can out front was over flowing along with multiple beer cans in a parking space. No one ever attended to the pool. It had leaves in it and so did the hot tub. The weather was nice enough to enjoy the pool but not with leaves in it. Truly not at the typical Hilton standards.

I stayed there recently with my mother and husband and we were thoroughly impressed! We almost always stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites because we know the quality will always be the same no matter what location. Although the pictures online showed the decor to be a bit dated, we knew the service and cleanliness of the hotel would be top notch! When we arrived we were so surprised to see that the rooms looked nothing like they did on the website....in a GOOD way! Everything was brand new and very beautiful! Thank you again to the staff for being so accommodating and pleasant!

Traveling round trip from Bay Area with our granddaughter to visit family in Arizona. We have been staying in Hilton hotels. Unfortunately, this one will not see us again. The front desk person was not wearing a mask, smelled marijuana in the lobby, cigarette smoke in the elevator and seemed to smell some in the room. Web site states this is a nonsmoking hotel. That night the wifi was not working and was told that WE should call the tech people to see what the problem was! Pool and hottub unuseable due to Covid, but Hilton in Indio was usable.

Hello, We actually do have 4 smoking rooms here at our property and yes they are all together in one location on the same floor. The hotel does have to have a smokers post as well located outside and under a covered area.
I saw a couple dogs in the hallway when I was staying there but you'd need to call them to see what the rules and cost are
The complimentary "HOT" Breakfast is set up 6:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m. each morning.
