Great place, we were met by a supernice receptionist who helped us check-in as Hotels.com had us pre-pay the room even if they were not allowed to as this hotel does not allow any pre-paied third parties. The room was really nice, great bed, although disappointing breakfast and a boring town.

Stopped here on our way home from trip to Arizona. Rooms were nice with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast Buffet had a great variety of items and items were restocked frequently. Of course, their cinnamon rolls are the best.

Room and hotel were very clean. Had a working microwave, Keurig, and fridge. Bed was fairly comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was nicer than I anticipated. Had a fresh pancake maker that my wife and son enjoyed. Staff was courteous and friendly. It's become my wife's favorite place to stay. The ONLY downside was the price AND the only reason I cannot give the place a '5'. It was overpriced. Would I stay here again?? It depends upon what they charge the next time we are down in the area. I will say that this place will be the first one I look up. If the price is fair, I will book it again.

Ants everywhere. We woke up to ants on our pillows and bed. All over the bathroom and wall. Called front desk and the girl came and say she will move us to the one next door and then we move partial of our stuff over and then there was ants again found in the bathroom. Called her again and she said ok, I’m going to try to get you a suite instead. Then she moved us upstairs forgot what floor. But walked into a regular room, not a suite. Uhmmm… ok.. i guess that’s it. Still couple ants in the bathroom but we didn’t bother to complain anymore cause we don’t have time to stick around the hotel. Gotta take off and move on with our day. No apologies, no compensation of any kind for such a dirty place and hassles. Seemed like it was no big deal to them that we just have to gather our things and keep moving until there is a room that doesn’t have ants crawling around.

Hotel is in an unsafe area. Place is dirty and the front desk doesn’t know what they are doing. Paid for a room I couldn’t use, because they stated Pet friendly, but changed their policy to service animals only. Found out at checking. Never again using Holiday Inn’s

This hotel needs to focus on improving the cleanliness of the foyer and also place guest needs as a priority. My room on a Sunday was not refreshed as they were short staffed. When I returned and saw that my room was not made up I proceeded to ask the reception staff and was told that they were short staffed and that they rung my room at 10am, but we had already left for the day in Palm Springs. My concern was that no other effort was made to contact me via email or even a note under the door. They offered to replace the towels and empty the trash bins. The corridor where my room was located was filthy- bits of paper, cotton ear tip, plastic on the floor. Guest needs is not a priority as other staff could have refreshed the rooms which were not attended to. The owner of this hotel had no idea about guest needs and cleanliness. They need to pull their head in and clean this disgusting place. Never coming back.

The first thing I noticed were some wax like stains on the work desk. I wasn't able to remove them. I talked about that with the front desk person the next morning. Her response when I asked to have this fixed: "Well.."
A few other little things: no sugar for the coffee. I thought it is a good time to start drinking coffee without sugar now. Does not hurt me.
The window blinds looked very crooked.
One of the lights in the bath room had only 2 working light bulbs and the fixture cover is missing.
Phone outlet cover not straight.
All these are signs of neglect and not caring.
I think I need to find another place to stay when I travel to Banning

They will charge for things that aren’t real. Like a smokers fee, when you aren’t a smoker. $300 smokers fee.
Oh, and the manager is never available when you need to address these fees. This place is taking your money and hoping you don’t realize it.

We stayed one night at this hotel Tuesday November 22, 2022. They were very accommodating to us with our special request. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff ensured we were happy with everything and were very open with us. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay again.
