We wanted to spend just one night, the room was small but clean, bed against the wall which is fine if you are young, we were once, sadly not any more! The bathroom was fine, spotlessly clean with good towels and there was a kitchen area which appeared well equipped though we didnt use it. The front of the hotel is opposite the beach and the back gives onto the main bus/taxi stop in town which was very convenient. Beverly and her husband very welcoming and helpful, booked us a quick taxi to the Round House for dinner - definitely worth a visit, excellent meal there.

I chose Carriacou as my destination for diving, and Deefer Divers, situated adjacent, suggested staying at Rosa Guest House due to its proximity to the dive shop. It turned out to be an incredibly convenient choice.

I reserved a studio with a balcony, which was not only well-maintained but also equipped with a compact kitchen containing a stove, refrigerator, and sink. The room was just the right size for a diver like me, considering I spent the majority of my time in the water.

The property owners, who reside on-site, were exceptionally friendly. They offered excellent restaurant recommendations spanning the entire island.

As previously mentioned, the guest house is conveniently located next to Deefer Diving, and within walking distance, there's a supermarket, along with several restaurants and bars.

Given the seamless experience and the delightful surroundings, I would without a doubt choose to stay at Rosa Guest House again.

We loved staying at Rosa's guesthouse! The location was *perfect* for travellers, especially those without a car. Located on the quiet side of town, but within walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. The beach is *right* across the street and there's tables and shade to picnic under. The studio we stayed in was so well appointed and new that we wanted to move in for a few months. A little kitchen and refridge were perfect for cooking or re-heating meals, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the mornings. I felt like they thought of everything to make the stay there comfortable. There's a seating area with stools, a nice wardrobe to put clothes in etc. A small, well thought out space! You're up at tree-level in the studio apartments and there an abundance of birds in the trees. My partner was delighted that there was a tv that got lots of stations and he didn't have to miss an American football game he was looking forward to, so if that's your thing... Also very good AC- the first place we stayed with AC in Grenada. Beverly and Gary were warm, extremely helpful hosts. We really enjoyed interacting with them and they had excellent local knowledge and advice. We took a chance on this place because there aren't a ton of reviews on it, but it was absolutely perfect. If we visit Grenada again, we will likely spend the bulk our time on Carricou, and will look into booking Rosa's for a month or so next time.

Visited here for four nights. It was fine. Location is probably the best thing about this guesthouse, as it's easy to catch buses to other locations on the island. The beach outside isn't nice as it's dirty so you won't want to swim there. Room was nice for one person, but has a low quality feel. We would not return, as value for money is poor, it costs 120 USD for a room worth 60 USD.

Look, if you need somewhere to sleep for one night then this place is OK. There are much nicer parts of the island to stay on, but this was easy to access from my boat. Get the impression this place is used for workers more long term as the mini kitchen was well supplied, but the nightly rate was steep for what you get.

Stayed for 9 nights whilst visiting my son who is currently interning with Deefer Diving. (He had just spent 8 successful weeks staying at Rosa with his peers on the Caribbean Reef Buddy programme and their pastoral approach to these teens is much appreciated)
Bev and Gary are genuinely lovely people, working hard to ensure all aspects of your stay are perfect. I stayed in one of their simple, spacious rooms with (very welcome) air con on a dinner, bed and breakfast deal and was definitely looked after. Every meal was good - and a special mention for the fresh smoothies/juices and for Friday roti!
Teenage daughter and teen are off to visit next - staying at Rosa of course.
Thank you.

Just returned from Carricou, totally agree with awesome place to be. This smaller island is home to a lot of roosters so for a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs. Also, if you enjoy a medium hike with an incredible view, High North Peak is the place to go.
Trail is well marked, plenty of tree identification, we saw tortoise, goats, snails, millipedes, cows, birds. Then cool off with a hike down to Anse La Roche for a swim, and perhaps a BBQ at Tims. Beverly's Roti on Fridays is epic.

We spent 7 nights at Rosa's. We came to Carriacou for a non-touristy dive experience and we got it! We dove with Deefer which is right next door. The owners of Rosa's, Bev and Gary are delightful. They were super friendly by email before our stay, and extremely lovely during our stay. Gary picked us up at the airport when we arrived. The apartment was just perfect for us. It's simple, but very clean. We were comfortable and enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves many evenings. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and right next to buses to get elsewhere. Being right in town it can get loud, but I would not hesitate to stay again when returning to the island.

Well where do I start! I was coming down to carriacou from the UK for a family funeral & needed somewhere to stay, i came across Rosa guesthouse, I emailed the owner Beverley omg what a nice lady, she kept in touch with me by email every step of the way, so I arrived at the beginning of sept with my two sisters & we felt welcome from the moment we met Beverley & her husband Gary. Nothing is to much trouble for them & the accommodation well wow, clean tidy, well equipped with a gorgeous kitchen, living room & two bedrooms, the beds have a lovely comfy memory foam mattress, lovely bathroom, constant hot water, powerful shower, oh & very important air conditioning, I would not hesitate to come back & stay with Beverley & Gary, they are wonderful hosts. They feel like family.
