This was the best stay. The room was great. The bed was so cozy. The smell on coffee and bacon woke me up. Breakfast was the best. Debbie was wonderful. She walked coffee out to my husband where he was sitting in the car. The conversation at breakfast was fun. I can't wait to go back.
We spent one night at this wonderful B&B and wish we could have stayed longer. Debbie and Leonard were warm and welcoming. The house is large with common areas to sit and enjoy. Bed was comfortable. It is easy to come and go to dinner and to enjoy local music. Parking is plentiful. Breakfast was wonderful, family style with alot of choices from biscuits and gravy to eggs and French toast. The hosts were delightful to chat with. Would return again the next time we visit charming Mountain View.
One of the best Bed & Breakfasts we have ever stayed at. The Innkeepers, Lenord and Debbie, went above and beyond to assure that our stay was the best. The breakfast was country and delicious. Had the pleasure of visiting with 2 couples that had never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before (newbies)... they certainly had the best Innkeepers to break them in. Would certainly recommend staying there if you're in Mountain View, AR.
We were delighted with our choice of the Ozark Country Inn B&B and would love to stay here again. The wonderful old house was built in 1906, all the rooms are pretty and individually decorated, and the owners, Leonard & Debbie, are warm and friendly hosts. They served a great hot breakfast too, starting with a thoughtful and patriotic prayer! We loved that. Our bed and pillows were really comfortable too, and by having a room with a balcony we were able to sit out on the wonderful old porch at night - another bonus. Oh, and while you’re here, be sure to go by the little park just down from the courthouse to enjoy the locals “picking and singing” as they do every night here. Note that there is no elevator, but there are also rooms on the first floor, and Leonard offered to help with luggage too. …
Rooms are nice, comfortable beds, nice linens, pretty place, great porches on both floors, some rooms with direct access to porches, super awesome breakfast, terrific snacks including homemade cookies, hot chocolate, huge variety of teas and of course coffee. Small showers in most rooms but totally fine. Right in center of town so can easily walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream stands, and music by the courthouse. Caverns, blue mirror lake, creek area to wade/swim in just short drive maybe 15ish minutes away, escape room just one mile away, fast food like McDonald’s just one mile away. Motorcycle friendly. Owners SO nice, wonderful hosts and great cooks/bakers. There is an optional night light in room, soap and shampoo in room, hair dryer and extra toiletries in hallway if needed. Lounging in living and house areas. Board games and cards in living room/entry way for guest use. Loved our experience and will be back. Go to their website to look up each room, some rooms with more than one bed. Our 11 year old was very welcomed there. There were also two other families with older kids staying when we did. Great for couples, solo or family stay with kids over five I believe their website states. No pets. No smoking in rooms. Breakfast is included with the price and it’s a huge spread- ours was- bacon, biscuits, white gravy, jams, walnuts fresh from onsite trees, waffles, eggs, variety of juices, variety of condiments, fresh sliced fruits. We’re going back for a murder mystery weekend. Stop looking and book now!…
