Gorgeous view from the room but as far as the rest.... the staff is friendly when you walk in and then as soon as you check in they don’t pay attention to you.

The Hotel is situated very near to the sea, right in front of the tidal pool. The dining area is on level 3 and staying arrangements are on 2, 3, 4, 5 level. It has a spa, steam, jacuzzi.

The staff are friendly and give all info needed. One of the staff members went the extra mile to serve us dinner, although it wasn't dinner time. The scenery is breathtaking.i would defenitely go back there

Our daughter and son-in-law booked this "4 star" hotel based on location and a after reading a few reviews, because they were invited to a wedding in Mossel Bay and the reception was going to held in the same hotel. As they have The Entertainer, they looked for places in Mossel B

Beforehand we already got a warning that the hotel is undergoing renovations and has been so for two years. Would be a problem if not everything was halfly and carelessly done. Walls are only half painted, the bathrooms and doors are not installed correctly, things are very dirty
