Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Enashipai Resort & Spa beckons with its serene setting near Lake Naivasha, where guests often encounter wildlife in the lush gardens. Many travelers commend the attentive and warm staff, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere ideal for relaxation.
While the resort's amenities receive high marks, from the spa to kids' activities, some guests find the cost of extras a bit steep. Rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and space, though a few visitors suggest improvements in lighting and upkeep.

I don’t even know where to begin this review but with WOW. Enashipai is the proper definition of hospitality, as a hospitalier myself I can openly give Enashipai a 10/10 score on hospitality.
During the booking process, we had an issue whereby the hotel at first didn’t give us the rooms we all wanted and had to split us between the fountain rooms and the villas. This was extremely upsetting to my extended family members and I who in turn ended up cancelling instead of joining us. Sales and reservations team, I would recommend them to come up with a system that caters to each guests needs/desires.
However once we arrived at the hotel, the service from begging to end was top notch.
Special shout out to our room service cleaner, Elius who did a fantastic job at cleaning our rooms and always on time, Mike at the reception who checked us in seamlessly and wonderful Lillian, the hostess at both restaurants who went ABOVE & BEYOND for us. She ensured that my dads special needs and diet was catered for at the highest level and made sure he enjoyed his holiday as much as we did. Lillian my family and I can’t thank you enough for everything you did.
The F&B team, kudos to you for being professional and constantly observant.
My fellow chefs, the food was always good, however as a chef myself I noticed how much the trainees were struggling on there own and due to fear and pressure they did give inhospitable service to some guests, as a former intern myself I would advice the chefs to stand by the trainees and give them encouragement so they can learn on how to handle pressure and still produce good food. For example on Christmas Day the chefs were completely overwhelmed and most food was cold upon serving or not fully cooked within the various grill sections. This could be fixed greatly by the way the trainees and learning chefs are being trained.
Upon checking out, I’m grateful to everyone at the reception who oversaw our check out and the valet who brought our bags, everything was handled so well and my family and I are ever grateful.
To the cashier, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, I think she was pregnant, a big thank you to her, she was very kind, patient and extremely understanding, very professional and nice at the same time which is rare to find in Hospitality within Kenya.
Enashipai, thank you so much for all your excellent work and effort into making guests happy. Definitely filling the gap for hospitality industry in what it should be within our country Kenya.
Asanteni sana Enashipai team. Maintain the same hospitality and service!
Definitely looking forward to staying with you again. ❤️

This resort is probably among the top three nicest in Naivasha. And there are many hoot things to say about it. At the same time, there are some things that require attention and fixing to be worth the price I paid for it. I would return at about a third to half the price.
Pros:
Peaceful, calming, serene setting
Great landscaping
Great service by friendly staff with a smile and a can-do attitude
Fun outdoor shower
Nice nature sounds all around
Cons:
I didn’t have hot water in bathtub
Gym floor dirty - I was doing floor work and it hadn’t been swept or mopped recently.
At dinner, the chicken, the fish and the cake were all dry
At full board, bottled water isn’t included at meals and costs extra. When paying the amount I did, I find that unacceptable. I can understand that alcohol costs extra, but bottled water should be offered at meals.
Lastly, I had a guide / driver. In many places, there are basic accommodations offered to drivers at low prices and there is a food arrangements for guides / drivers with basic meals at low cost. The absence of this meant inconveniences for me and I ended up skipping one of my full board meals.
In short - nice place, nice staff. Need to iron out a few things to be worth the high price.

We had a relaxing stay together with the family, each staff we interacted with was very helpful, friendly and understanding in dealing with our energetic toddler. The fountain executive room has a nice view of the lush gardens overlooking the fountain. The kids play area was of interest to the young ones.Highly Recommended.

We visited Enashipai during October and it was at a time when it was rather chilly. We were traveling with a 3 months old and the staff really went out of their way to make us comfortable. They brought us food to the room without charging us so we did not need to expose our baby to the cold. They did inquire about our comfort every so often and we felt quite supported. In addition, the place is so gorgeous and food really great. It was cold though so we never really did get to watch the hipos or swim in the lovely pool. We however plan to travel back when it is warmer and get to do what we did not get to do

Yes there is Wi-Fi in the rooms, connection is not really strong though, very shaky and loads for long… bottled water and wine is available, don’t remember the accurate prices.
I would highly advise you tip the staff in cash/ mobile money if you have access to it as they go above and beyond whereas tipping them through the hotel doesn’t necessarily guarantee that the particular member of staff that served you will get it.
Am weiting for your hotel pin
