We also offer Conference Hall for group events and meetings. Our Restaurant/Cafe opens 7am and closes 930pm. We take pride in offering one of the best menus in entire Santo. An amazing selection of dishes from European, Asian, American, South Pacific and Local Vanuatu cuisine. We also cater for vegan, vegetarian, gluten and diary free requirements. All ingredients are organic and locally grown. Kalmer also founded The School of Tourism and Hospitality where we train young students in this area and help them get jobs and settle down. We strongly believe in preserving the eco systems, marine and wildlife and leaving mother earth a better place than we found it. We are making sure that our beaches and gardens are clean and the wildlife is not harmed.
