booked for one nightnight after our salt flats tour. Was able to check in way before check in time. Very friendly staff - Jenny - spoke great English and was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean with heaters . Comfortable beds and hot water in the showers and basins!
Good breakfast selection.
Iffy wifi but it is supplied.
But no lift and there are up to 6 floors!
Highly recommend.

Water is hot enough but too small. That's the only complaint. Go out of the hotel turn left then turn left again when meet the across, you can see 4 grilled chicken/llama restaurants after walking 15 meters. Only 15/20bs for the meal with salad, worth to try

Its like an oasis in Uyuni except for 1st night i booked for 64usd and 2nd last which i booked last minute was only 50 usd. So book as late as possible. The rooms were warm and comfortable. However for the price we paid in Bolivian standard, we expected better breakfast. Half of the buffet was cookies and cakes. The fruits doesn't get top up and if you wake up late usually only banana left. The toast and pancakes tasted gross. The only good thing was the scramble egg.

Negatives:
1. Wifi only works about 10% of the time. When I advised of them this their response was 'the whole town is like that' which is rubbish as i went to many cafes/restaurants where it worked fine (only then did she drop the lies and admit they have a problem).
2. If you pay in Bolivianos, they use the same rate the currency vendors use which which incorporates a commission (2% in this case) instead of using the 'spot' official real rate. Ridiculous to pay a commission for paying in local currency when they choose to quote in a foreign currency. I gave them 1 day to rectify this, but they chose to stick to their guns. Sneaky way to fool the majority of customers who are unaware of how currency exchange works.

The service is the best part! Nice owners, very accommodating and helpful with my severe altitude sickness. But you must pay everything in cash there, and they should notify you of this prior to booking. We struggled to find cash and it was very stressful. Rooms are old, dirty, run-down, windows only to hallway, poor lighting, and some rooms do not have built-in ac/heaters, so the two they had were broken! Luckily it was not so cold so I could wear my coat to bed! The hot water boiler pot broke too, and it was their only one! They should replace these items immediately. The shower curtain is too short and water floods the entire bathroom. The sink is in the shower stall too. Good location for Salar de Uyuni. Lots of stores next door, which is helpful. Good breakfast, decent wifi, but hot water can be slow to come out and difficult to control exact temperature. Room needs updating, comforters need to be washed after every guest, need a blowdryer, need phone line that can call front desk so you don't always have to go down to the front desk in person, need elevators for higher floors. Service is nice though. Not many choices in Uyuni either.

Nights in Uyuni can be tough due to low temperature. Yet, this hotel had a radiator in each room and hot water. Also the building and rooms are 'relatively' new compared to other hotels.

The free breakfast is quite basic yet it does offer fruits and cookies which were not a part of breakfast in many other hostels in the region. It may be one of the best options in Uyuni.

The place was good in Bolivian standards! Room had heating and there was hot shower, which is not the case in all the places. Breakfast was best I have had during my south-america trip so far. Friendly and helpful staff as well. One could speak english as well. Good stop over place before or after salar de uyuni trip.

At the time of staying, this hotel had only been open for a few months but the place is great value for money: clean, spacious rooms, good wifi connection and friendly staff. Breakfast is good & elaborate for south american standards.

OK place before and after Uyuni tour, well placed in town short walk from the agencies and bus stop. The breakfast was good, although not sure why the egg could only be scrambled and no other way. The breakfast room was cold but had one heater, whoever comes in first gets to hog it :) The shower did not have good pressure, but was hot, and I enjoyed it plenty after the Uyuni trip. Blow-dryer on demand. It was great to have heating, even if it came in a gas tank which one of the nights run out... The staff was very kind and accommodating.
