We booked a room here just for a place to shower and rest before getting on an overnight bus back to La Paz. I didn't expect much after paying less than $30 for a basic double room, but the room was actually quite large and comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean and we did have hot water. The inn is a bit of a walk from the center of town, but we (couple) didn't feel unsafe walking to/from it. The woman who checked us in was very friendly. I probably wouldn't stay here for an extended period of time, but it's great as a stop for a shower or a night stay on the way in or out of town.

We stayed at Belize - Inn B&B for 3 nights in a double room with private bathroom. Things we appreciated: - friendly and easy check-in - affordable and quick laundry service - sizeable room - clean and comfortable bed - cupboard and hat rack - shared space upstairs - pretty good wifi - pretty good location Things which weren't ideal for us: - only one bedside table - the tiles next to one side of the bed need maintenance (very loose) - breakfast is served from 8-9. We turned up at 8.30 on the first day to find no bowls or spoons left, no cups for tea (no coffee provided). There was a tiny bit of Bolivian cereal left and some yoghurt that we washed bowls to have. The water in the thermos was tepid. For a Bed & Breakfast this isn't good enough Overall we would recommend staying here and felt it was good value for money

Stayed at this hotel for one night after traveling the salt flats. Did not have extremely high expectations as I paid around $16 for my room, but I was very disappointed. The hotel is located at the far end of town, about a 20 minute walk from the main road. It is also located in an area that I, as a solo female traveler, would not have felt safe walking to alone during the night. After I checked into my room, I was going to have a few friends over to hang out for a few hours while they waited for their bus. The owner of the hotel would not allow them to enter my room! I told him that they were not planning on staying the night, but he was not willing to let them enter; we were very frustrated by this! When I went to take a shower after 3 days without showering, there was no hot water. I remember reading on Booking.com and TripAdvisor that there would be hot water, so I was also disappointed by this. Furthermore, there was no towel in my room and nobody was working at the desk so I needed to use my bedsheet as a towel. My room was located close to the reception desk, so throughout the night I heard the desk worker making phone calls as well as the doorbell ringing throughout the night. I would highly recommend that visitors spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else!

1) No hot water in the evening. No hot water in the morning. 2) Nobody speaks english. (Nor at the reception, nor in the kitchen) 3) No fridge in the room. (Should be - compared to offer) 4) Window directed on the staircase, so room without sun shining. 5) Located far from the center. It wouldn't be a problem, if the rest would be fine. But for this price, we expected something better.

Situated at the far end of town, at the top of a 3 storey building. Didnt have the private bathroom room we had booked on check in which was annoying. The room we were given was really cold, and they agreed to give us a radiator which helped a lot. The shower was powerful and warm, but again the bathroom freezing. Linens and towels average but at least the room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good with fruit and Yoghurt and eggs if you want them. No English channels on the tv. Overall average.

It looks very dusty included the front door and the walk up as well as the checkin area when we arrived late night just before salt flats tour. An old man that doesn't speak English checked us in but was smooth. Once in the room, everything looks better, big clean room with very strong water pressure for shower and very hot water...love it. They are one of the very few hotel we stayed in South America that has a kettle in room even without asking (good for Asians that likes to drink warm water). Problem is it is not exactly in town center and require a bit of walk and there is no shops around, so if you are thinking of going to book salt flats tour in the morning at 8am or so...could be a bit of a slight problem .

We wanted to stay somewhere nice after completing our 4 day salt flats tour. This property looks like nothing from the outside and is situated on a very dusty street which feels out of the way but is actually only a 10min walk from the centre. We were greeted by an older women who proceeded to grab my bag (a good 20kg) and carry it up 3 flights of stairs. A lovely lady checked us in and also managed to do our washing the same day - although this was possibly over ambitious as a few items were still damp when we left. The room (double private bathroom) was beautiful, and totally exceeded expectations. Tasteful decor, huge comfy bed, hot powerful shower and even a kettle. WiFi worked in the rooms, just slightly slow at times. Although we were leaving early hours, the staff insisted that we have breakfast before we went, and made it early for us before their serving time. This small family run property is incredible value - location, breakfast, service, facilities.

Nice B&B with spacious rooms (we stayed in a room with double bed).Nicely and freshly prepared breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately the B&B was closed when we arrived at 5:30 a.m. with the nightliner bus. However, after a few times of ringing the bell they let us in and we were able to sleep in the living room for a couple of more hours until our room was ready. Very very lovely staff members. If you plan to do a Salar de Uyuni Tour this B&B is perfect for one night. Just make sure to contact the B&B in order to inform them about your arrival time if you're planning on travelling with the nightliner.

The building looks unassuming - as they tend to in this part of the world. We ring the doorbell and a very friendly elderly man opens the door and leads us upstairs to the reception/breakfast/lounge area. The rooms are spacious and are extremely clean and newly built from the looks of it. Lighting in the bathroom is somewhat temporary (a simple lightbulb connected to an outlet outside the bathroom, attached to the ceiling with a bit of tape and some prayers. But it works and the beds are comfortable, the water is always hot when you need it to be. Breakfast is not lush but a solid set of basics - fruit, a bit of cereal, toast, eggs the way you prefer them, freshly made juice and instant coffee. In all, the value for money is good, the location is ok (a bit off the central touristy streets) and the owners are very friendly and sweet. (NB: images are from before checkout, bed was made up nicer when we first came in)

Nice and friendly staffs. Staffs speak a little bit of English but communication wasn't an issue. Good basic breakfast. Breakfast/lobby area ceiling was covered with blue plastic so everything looked blue. We spent first day in a small room with 2 double beds. We spent other night after the 3-days Uyuni tour and this time we moved to a big queen-bed room for an extra US$10. Very clean rooms and very good price. The hotel is not in the city center. It was a 15-min walk to city center where you can find all the restaurants and travel agency. Most travel agencies would pick you up at wherever you are so it wasn't a problem.
