I have been staying here for a few weeks the meal and drinks are average against the hotel which I would recommend.
A couple of gins to choose from that’s it as this is a favourite drink for many would expect more
The food is ok but again I would ask the waitress for recommend

Stayed at the hotel for a works' Xmas party. The food was fantastic and we had a good night despite the DJ equipment being rather primitive for such a large hotel.
The rooms looked lovely, however, the beds were completely knackered and there were rust stains on the duvet cover.

I came to Kenwick Park for a wedding reception. Overall the event itself was lovely but multiple aspects of our stay left a sour taste in my mouth.

The reception staff were amazing and couldn’t be faulted. I arrived early at the hotel and they looked after my bags, directed me t

Does anyone know what the age limit is in the Spa area please? My daughter turns 10 in a couple of weeks and I wanted to treat her to a little pamper.
We only went for a wedding. But if your daughter is 10 then she is old enough for a hot tub etc. If she is sensible and wants posh nails etc then give her a good time to remember her first time.

Tried to book a spa afternoon for three, unfortunately it seems to me that availability of spa packages is dependent on the number of therapists available. I was told that only two of us can be accommodated for a half day spa which is 5 hours and the third person will have to take a different spa package that not only doesn’t include a treatment but is only 3 hours long, so I presume the spa manager who I dealt with thinks it’s acceptable customer service to suggest one of us spends two hours sat in the car park, walking around the grounds, or as she actually suggested sit in the cafe!! How unaccommodating and rather patronising I feel I’ve been treated. Furthermore it’s almost impossible to speak to someone, every time I’ve attended the spa the reception is manned yet every time myself or a friend has called it’s an answer machine and sometimes you don’t even receive a call back. Didn’t meet my expectation and could do a whole lot better.
That wasn’t our experience but we had gift vouchers & afternoon tea, nothing was too much trouble.

Are there dvd players in the hotel rooms?
Are there dvd players in the hotel rooms?
Hi There Tracey. I am afraid that we do not have DVD's in the rooms. But most of our lodge accommodation does. I hope that this helps. Kind regards Melissa Watson

Hi I have booked to stay for a couple of nights in April. We are bringing my daughter, partner and dog. What are the restrictions regarding the dog please?
Hi MozzaG We do have two pet friendly lodges on site, have you booked one of these? You will be able to walk the dogs around the site and the outside of the hotel on a lead, we do allow dogs in the lounge but not in the restaurant and bar. We do have seating outside the bar in good weather. I hope that this helps you, if I can answer any further questions, please get in touch. Kind regards Melissa Watson
