Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Being right next to the Brewers Fayre played the biggest part in our decision to stay, but now, when I go to Boston again, I'll be looking to stay here again. The staff were absolutely bang on, especially Sam Pugh, went the absolute mile to help us. Brilliant. Room was like a chicken proof lawn... impeccable. Bed was super comfy, water cam out if the shower, the flush worked, the TV played music. It was quiet, it was great.

Myself & my husband just had a really lovely stay at this Premier Inn. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. The receptionist who was called Anna was simply lovely, she made us feel welcome, just us information on a taxi company as we were visiting the Gilderdrome. She was really lovely & credit to the Premier Inn Company. Well done Anna 🌹😃 The room was clean & fresh and we had a lovely nights sleep. All in all a very good stay. Thank you x

Couldn’t have the breakfast we paid for because the restaurant was so busy and chaotic there was no food, once some food became available, there was then not plates and so on! After 40 minutes we gave up. Spoke to Premier Inn reception who were very apologetic and said they would refund it. Instead however, they charged me again for the breakfast and then refunded that so no actual refund! I called to query this, again they were very apologetic and said they would refund it now. Nearly a week later still no refund and now can’t get through to the hotel!

I stay weekly here when I'm on placement at the hospital. Great location! Takes me 2 minutes to get to work. The staff are so lovely always very chatty and smiley and nothing is too much trouble. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste once and they found me some I could use😊 The rooms are good they are clean and beds are comfy. Just what you need. Can't hear much from the rooms. One night I didn't have nice neighbors that were playing the guitar at 10pm at night😂but used the fan as white noise and blocked this out. But every other night was fab! Good parking and nice to have the option to eat across the road. Have had the breakfast a few times but is getting abit expensive especially when I only have a small appetite so don't get my moneys worth😅 Prices can be expensive at times £90 + this causes me to stay else where because it's just not worth paying that price for premier inn. But when £50-£60 worth every penny. Highly recommended premier inn. But when prices are expensive there are a lot of very nice family run hotels in Boston for £80 price range so recommend to check these out.

The Boston Premier Inn was the first time I had stayed at a hotel on my own and was a little bit concerned how I would find the experience. I did need to be, the staff were exceptional nothing was too much bother and made me very welcome. The bed was big and comfy and very inviting. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. I would recommend it to anyone especially if they are going to visit anybody at the Pilgrim Hospital which is a 5-10 minute walk very convenient. Highly recommended it.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions to join family. As usual the hotel is exactly where we want it to be, there is a decent Brewers Fayre across the car-park and parking is ample and free. This stay we found the rooms to be a bit tired, especially the bathroom where it really needed a complete repaint. Wi-fi was decent and free, beds comfy and plenty of tea/coffee. We will stay here again but at the moment I wouldnt expect too much for what you pay.

The worst Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. Staff were lovely but standards in the room were shocking. We were in interconnecting rooms & both were as bad as each other. Units held together with parcel tape, holes in towels and a room that stank of a mixture of smoke, damp and fried chicken. As we were on the ground floor we had to keep the window closed at night. Friends have stayed here & had no issue so maybe dome rooms have been refurbished. Usually love Premier Inns for value & consistency.

Room was very cold, heater was inadequate for the room size. Bathroom was like a fridge. Heating controls weren't very good. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and professional. Food in restaurant was very good. Service was very good.
