First time visiting and won’t be the last! We asked to move pitch and were immediately accommodated. The views from all pitches are incredible, and the coastal walk into town is only 15 mins. The bathrooms are amongst the best ever we’ve ever come across and the underfloor heating is such a bonus. Well Done Tantallon.

Fantastic site for lots of different reasons, would recommend and return!

Shower facilities were well kept, reception staff friendly and helpful, great onsite park and games room as well as a wee shop selling milk, ice creams and basic camping goods, site itself was very well maintained and tidy as well as being on a picturesque spot on the cliffs.

Short walk into north Berwick and close to both Tesco and Aldi for essentials. Nice for a walk around when weather is onside!

We requested our pitch to be next to friends which was accommodated in nice spot and relatively well spaced out, bins and showers/toilets were a short walk away which was great for the kids

Only tiny minus was noise from traffic on the roadside which was fairly busy.

Very welcoming and friendly site on arrival and Mick, the manager was so helpful (especially when we flattened our camper’s battery) he came to the rescue with no fuss.

The facilities are immaculately kept, modern, spacious shower cubicles with somewhere to hang and place your stuff without it getting wet. Toilets were very clean too.

The views are incredible. Looking out to Bass Rock and just a short walk out to the beach and a 15/20 minute stroll to the town centre.

We had a grass pitch and we didn’t need a hook-up. The pitch was on a slight incline so we needed to use our ramps - strongly advised.

I would highly recommend this site. It certainly ticked all of or boxes. We originally booked one night, then extended it by three more and then another so 5 nights in total. We would have stayed longer but the lovely weather was about to take a turn for the worse.

Lovely site, lovely location, lovely facilities.

I recently visited the glamping site and called them this morning to inquire about availability, after checking the Wigwam web page. They assured me there was plenty of space and that I could simply turn up without a reservation. However, upon arrival, they denied having any knowledge of my call and claimed they were fully booked.

Additionally, I had to verify the time of my phone call, and despite providing the correct phone number as well as the time of call, they denied having received it.

Despite eventually securing a glamping pod, which of course I appreciate.. This experience left a sour taste, and I’ll likely choose a different site next time (apparently, glamping pod was incorrect word..).

Such a shame that the toilet and shower facilities at the block next to the wigwams and grass tent pitches have not been sorted since our last visit 3 years ago. There are 2 shower cubicles (in the ladies) which are barely big enough for 1 person let alone trying to do it with kids. The shower head was non adjustable soaking me as I tried to switch it on for my son and then the temperature was impossible to control and my son was screaming as the water got hotter and hotter and I struggled to get it off. The block was just dirty the whole time, though campers themselves need to be more proactive in binning their handtowels etc
Its pretty disappointing when we were told 3 years ago they were going to be doing the block up acknowledging the poor facility.

The shower block up by the tourers on the other hand are huge, clean and modern so it feels like the site value their caravanners more than those camping in tents.

There are positives - good sized pitches (on a wee bit of a slope) with lots of room and the noise did stop at 11pm even when the site appeared to be at full capacity and the site is a 2 minute drive from a large Tesco and beautiful beaches and village of North Berwick. It is a great site for families.

Excellent site, great views out across the Firth of Forth towards Fife and the Bass Rock. 10 minutes walk into North Berwick which has a good range of pubs, independent shops etc.
Toilet facilities are 2nd to none, underfloor heating, huge shower cubicles, spotlessly clean.
The site is not cheap but it is fairly unique in that all pitches have a great view. Super impressed !!

Great elevated position overlooking the sea and Bass Rock. Toilets / washer rooms / showers / chemical disposal / bins are all very clean and tidy. Pitches vary from full service to tent's and the sites is very well maintained. It's an easy walk to Tesco , Aldi , the Town , and Tantallon Castle and a short drive to Dunbar , The Flight Museum , Motor Museum / Preston Mill - so lots to do.

What a little gem, sadly only stayed one night but that was enough to be so impressed. Very clean tidy site and toilet shower area was fantastic music playing while you contemplated life in toilets and underfloor heating in showers. I can't recommend this site enough, thank you to owners for fantastic stay we will definitely be back xx

This caravan park is very popular, and even though it was busy, it was a calm and quiet site for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Having a view of the Bass Rock was immense.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful when I approached with questions and queries.
The toilet and shower facilities are relatively new, and we’re cleaned regularly, catering well for families and people with a disability. I’d definitely recommend this site, and North Berwick to visit. We will be back!

We stayed at Tantallon on the first night of our ten-day motorhome tour of Scotland and it was a beautifully kept site in a divine setting. Good showers, clean toilets, well kept pitches and everywhere had a view.

Walking through a right of way either side of people playing golf was an interesting experience but it was the only route down to the beach for a walk, and once there it was a lovely, picturesque setting, and in the morning sunrise a wonderful way to start the day before heading on our travels again.

We didn't go into the town as we were self sufficient for the evening, but there are a couple of well known supermarkets in the immediate vicinity for long stayers. It seems like a good spot for long weekends if coming up from northern England, reachable and decorative without too much driving involved. Highly recommended.

Yes, about a 10 minute walk across the golf course (path) & that's you on the beach. It is a tidal coast. Once over the course, you can go on the path to your right around the course to another quieter beach when the tide is out or head left down the hill towards the town for the other beaches.. Hope the weather is fine for you..

It's only a 5 minute walk across the site but down side yo this site for campers if your placed in the top field you right at the side of the road and it's not a quiet road
