The Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Bus station. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast are good. However we didnt like the bolster type pillows as it was difficult to get into a comfortable sleeping position. For a short stay it is okay but I would rate it as 3 star not 4!

We visited this hotel in Jaen in September 2019. Very well kept hotel, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good as well. We also booked a parking in the hotel parking. Everything was up to standard. From Gozo :)

Within walking distance of the station, this hotel looks more modern than it really is. Apparently, it has recently been renovated. We had a spacious comfortable room overlooking the the next door Parque de la Concordia. Reception staff were both efficient and friendly. The only negative was the bathroom in its1980s colours. When will hotels finally get rid of baths which hardly anyone uses these days, and replace them with proper walk-in showers. I get tired of having to scale the sides and land in a bath which has not been properly treated as non-slip. Are they waiting for someone to break a leg and sue them before they upgrade? I hate to think what happens to people who are not as tall as I am. They must have to hold on to the towel rail for dear life….!! In compensation the 9th floor roof terrace has good cocktails and great views over Jaén.

My family and I were on a road trip. We only stayed one night at the hotel. The hotel is a 4 star but honestly I would rate it a 1 star only. The room and bathroom smelt terrible. The shower was extremely dirty. The beds had a funny smell and the pillows were very very uncomfortable. I still don’t understand one thing why would they put cookies in the toilet?? The only good thing about the hotel was the location. Nothing else.

Firstly, Jaen is a beautiful town and the hotel is somewhat poetically placed right in the middle of one of the big squares in the centre, with the (strangely unused) tramlines passing past and the international flags hanging from its entrance. The entrance is unoriginal and overstated, but certainly suggesting at class and elegance. I stayed at the hotel with my partner for two nights; we were attending a wedding in the town during our stay. The positives first: the hotel had big, comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms and a big bed. Lot's of reviews said the place felt outdated; not to me, it felt slick and modern with a nice open plan shower and bathroom. The two major issues were: 1. Parking. The underground carpark for the hotel is virtually impossible to find unless you ask the hotel in person as it's a very small, usually closed, metal door with nothing really to signpost it. In addition, it costs 14 euros a night to have your vehicle there. Given the hotel is not very cheap, this was a bit of a harsh overcharge. Second, the walls are absolutely paper thin. If you are in the hotel, I would advise you to get a room as high up as possible because the noise from adjacent rooms and the streets gets loud. Finally, double check your booking to see if breakfast is included- we didn't realise it wasn't, and were charged. This was our mistake and not the hotels, but you should check nonetheless.
