Under new ownership, the entire hotel has been extensively renovated and reopened in May 2015 as an almost brand new hotel. All new interior furnishings, a beautiful outdoor brick patio with fire-pit and a sparkling new outdoor pool makes this hotel really stand out. Just a short one mile walk or drive to historic downtown Prescott and all the shops, restaurants, galleries and events.

Small, musty smelling room, mold in bathroom. No maid service at all the second day.
Only positive note was the friendly staff.
Dark dingy hallway. Yellow stained pillowcases, just nasty.
I would never stay here again.
