Wow, this was by far the BEST fale we stayed with on the entire island. The hosts are a family with children (they are in school in Apia during the week), every care and attention to detail is noted for. Flowers in the bathroom, spotless, the sand is raked daily, the eating area is swept nightly. Such a kind and homely feel to it. Food was delicious and plentiful, easily catered to my gluten/dairy allergy. They are hard to book (host only used facebook for booking as of March 2023 and email response was spotty), but it was worth the trickier way to book. You wake up to the waves each morning, great swimming beach. We were here for 2 nights but wished we had stayed longer. Super relaxing

I dont know where to start with this place but all i can say is that we loved everything about it. It was the first fale we stayed in after the resort & we can certainly say we will be coming back here if we ever come back to Samoa.

The whole family are really nice and welcoming & all play there parts in making this place so special. George the owner & his daughter Valentina are the main hosts and are always making sure your ok & everything is running smoothly. Valentina is only 16 and is very hard working she will do her upmost to make your stay the best. She also taught us a new card game!
The mum (sorry i cant remember her name) is the cook and actually this was the best food we had during our stay in Samoa. It was the homecooked samoan food we were after & she certainly delivered.
We were there for 5 nights in total & 2 nights we had the whole place to ourselves & we had breakfast and dinners plated up with nice presentation. The buffets were also nice i especially loved the papaya porridge! Im missing the food already!
The elder son was always making sure the grounds and areas were clean and tidy. raking the beach and getting rid of sea weed.

There are some cats, dogs and also some pigs that you might see about. we loved the animals.
There is a mini bar where you can buy beers, soft drinks & water there is also a shop down the road 5 mins walking distance. Make sure you have some snacks as there isnt any food sold during lunch time. This was fine because we understand that it takes time to produce the nice food in the evening.

I can actually go on a-lot more about this fale and write an essay but ill stop now lol

Rustic fales, beautiful warm, helpful and welcoming family, the best food in Samoa! I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and breakfast and dinner were always a highlight!

The family truly care about their guests and have a great work ethic, pride in their place, and are just so so lovely. The whole family gets involved. They went out of their way to help me multiple times and as a single female traveler I felt very safe and cared for.

Unreal sunsets, clear beautiful water and coral and fish right outside the fales!

The best place to stay on Samoa that I found and I did both islands!

If you are looking for simple living, with amazing food, great people and a lovely vibe this place is for you!

Thank you Taleo and family, such an amazing experience, I will be back! X

Amazing property right on the water. Couldn't have imagined a better location, I spotted a turtle when swimming one morning, I was the only person on the beach at the time. It was so stunning and quiet!
The local family who run the Fales are very friendly and welcoming. It is a sustainable style of accommodation due to the nature of the Fales. Limited water and electricity, however everything you need is there. The shower and bathroom facilities were always clean. The food was the best we had while in Samoa.

This was my happy place so I definitely recommend to stay at Manusina‘s Beach Fales!
The fales are the best, not only having the usual oval platform with mattress and Moskito net but also an attached sitting area with table and chair.
Everything was very clean and well kept.
Breakfast was awesome with lots of fresh fruit and way more than necessary (could take leftovers for lunch). Coffee and tea all day available!
The beach is great! Powdery sand and just some little rocks and broken corals at the waterline (easy to overstep, no watershoes needed). It would be perfect for kids for it descends slowly and has soft sand. If you like to snorkel there are colorful corals with all kinds of fish close by.
Manusina and her family were very friendly and kind and offered advice on what to do and how to get there. Although I just totally relaxed and went swimming and watched the sea 😍😉🤭🫣

Recently stayed at Manusina Beach Fales for 1 week and it was the best experience ever!
Taleo and his family are so welcoming and looked after us so well, especially his lovely daughter Valentina who cooked the most amazing meals for my sister and I! The food really was delicious Samoan home cooked meals.
The Fales were exceptionally clean and tidy. Mattress and pillows were very comfy, I had some of the best sleeps of my life!
In my opinion Manusina Fales are one of the best around as you get your own balcony off the front with a table and chairs. Trust me it makes a difference, and keeps sand out of your sleeping area. Fales also had a light and Power sockets which was handy.
Amazing snorkelling right off the beach and there is also a couple of kayaks to use.

If you are having trouble deciding between Fales, then stay here, you won't regret it!

We spent 6 nights at Manusina and definitely could've spent longer. The beach is beautiful and quiet with excellent snorkelling (we saw turtles, eagle ray, pipe fish, fimbriated morays...). Each of the fales has its own veranda area, which is a great place to hang out and take shade, and not something we saw at other fales. Meals are delicious, served buffet style, with plenty of food and various options. There's lots to do in the local area, but we were perfectly happy to stay at Manusina most of the time!

The best beach fales that we stayed at in Samoa. Large slightly raised sleeping area and a deck with a table right over the sandy beach overlooking the ocean. The shared bathrooms were clean and tidy and they provided hand wash and a lovely flower arrangement. The dinner and breakfast which were included were by far the best of any fale we had stayed at. Dinner included fish, chicken wings, beef and potato stir fry, a lovely salad with a lot of elements, roasted pumpkin and rice. Breakfast included a wide variety of fruit, omelettes, banana bread, toast and jam. The staff were lovely and very helpful and accommodating. If you are considering a fale for your accommodation I would highly recommend this one and I will certainly return on my next trip.

Had an amazing experience sleeping in Manusina's beach front fales. So peaceful and picturesque. Truly, a once in a lifetime opportunity. The family provided wonderful meals and took great care of us throughout our stay, with some friendly dogs and cats along the way. They even performed traditional dances for us on our last night which really lifted our spirits. Definitely recommend.

Best to send this question directly to Taleo (the owner) via his Facebook page. He would likely give you two fales. Having just stayed there myself I can say it would be rather a tight squeeze in one fale unless you children are young. It is a great place to stay
