Stayed just one night because we had business to attend to in Upolu. Breakfast was very good. Staff were nice and room was clean. A couple of small negatives, our room was very small and the pillow itself inside the pillow case was covered in brown sweaty stains. I could not sleep on that pillow. I did point it out to staff in the morning and suggested that they check the cleanliness of their pillows when preparing the room. The lady I spoke to was very grateful to have that pointed out. Overall this hotel is handy to most things in the main centre.

The White House Hotel is a very safe and comfortable space. The simplicity of the environment reminds me of home. I enjoyed the hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was offered a cold bottle of water. The staff are very friendly and the room I stayed in was peaceful and comfortable. Something I enjoyed coming back to after long adventurous day. Their restaurant, Rosy's Burgers also serves THE best burgers on the island.

Excellent service, very kind and hospitable welcome. Rooms well air conditioned, clean and beds comfortable. Meal times offered large servings of delicious meals. Nice compound near town able to go town and return with ease. Will definitely be back.

The rooms look new and of high standard. I'm also satisfied with the provided meals for breakfast and lunch. My favourite color is white. I'm currently enjoying my stay here at White House Samoa Faafetai tele lava.

If you are looking for clean, efficent rooms coupled with personal service, then the Whitehouse Apia is for you. Tahana thanks so much for your care and friendly service. You made my son and I feel at home. It was like a home away from home. Thanks so much for making sure Maika was entertained and busy while I had my meetings. Excellent service, excellent and comfy rooms. Will definately stay here again and again. Thanks Tahana and the Whitehouse Apia! Our best regards from Fiji!

A rent a room by the hour kind of place. For locals only not tourist's. Zero security for guests, unlike every other hotel in Apia. Just very disappointed, and very unsafe. give this place a big miss.

Unforgettable memory at the White House hotel. I have seen a few negative reviews about this hotel but trust me, you will get the best service from this hotel. I believe the negative reviewed I've read about them is from one of the guests that stayed at the white house hotel Samoa the same time I stayed there with my partner. I have to be honest because I don't like when people spread untrue stories aside from what actually happened. This hotel have security cameras and we were actually at the lobby when the manager Tahana Burgess viewed the footage together with the police officers . This guy is not telling the truth up here and I believe the hotel owner and staff are having problems with this review then I decided to help , because me and my partner are planning to visit them again . We have never been such an amazing hotel. It's not a very big hotel , it's quite small but their rooms are very clean aside from other hotels we visit in Samoa. Clean rooms , cool ac , delicious breakfast , great service, they also have the best burger on the island , they have clean rooms daily, and they made me n my partner felt so special when they say TALOFA (HELLO) anytime they saw us around the hotel. Not forgetting the girls at the reception ; always make sure that we are enjoying our stay there. They always provide special treats ( coconut juice , lime drink , smoothie or cold fruits for hot days ) 😋😋 ...awwwww we cant wait to go back and visit them. See ! All of these things they have done for me and Karen. We appreciate all they do for us. If you're thinking of visiting Samoa . Better try out the white House hotel. They treat you like family 😀. I was happy staying there and it was worth the stay . Cheers . See you again Mr Burgess and the girls.😀

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

We stayed as part of a group attending a local sporting competition. The hotel is very basic with no WiFi/swimming pool/bar/room service available. The rooms are modest but beautifully clean. Continental breakfasts were available in the restaurant in the morning and due to the hotel being closed on Sunday (as customary in Samoa), breakfast 'packs' were delivered to our rooms! Most of the group was up early and arrived home late at night and the restaurant at the venue was able to accomodate dinner for the group. The restaurant food is simple and the German Chocolate Cake for dessert was spectacular (and huge!!). The hotel is close to Apia town centre (10 - 15 minutes walk), and close to markets/supermarkets/laundromat etc. Road noise can be loud at night - so if you have trouble with noise, bring ear plugs? Also - no hair dryer in my room - so if you need that, bring your own.

The host Tahana was exceptional! His friendly manner and customer service made you feel like you were more than just hotel clients, and that you were friends. He had tips about where to shop, where to dine, and nothing was too much trouble.

This venue is simple - but perfect! If your holiday dream is to laze around at a resort and swim and sip cocktails by the pool - this place is not for you. If however, you want personalised service, and a clean and tidy hotel to use as a base while you go out and about, or attend a conference/sports event etc - this place is exactly what you are after, and you won't be disappointed.
