Tropical getaway to a kid free zone with gorgeous views, amazing food and beautiful Samoan staff to look after our every need. The Fiafia Friday night featured lobster, fish and beef with lovely entertainment and interactive participation from the guests. We were sad to miss wood fired pizza night on Saturday as we checked out and flew home. Looking forward to a return visit once Pacific Islands get a travel bubble going with NZ.

Talofa Valued Guest After all that has happened ion 2020 its really amazing to get a great review like yours. Seabreeze was designed for couples, capturing intimacy & romance within the luxury rooms as well as our grounds that depict the exclusivity that our guests require. Our Fia Fia Night is really something special , when our staff perform, plan and choreograph each show with pride and passion, after 15 years we still are touched by every performance. Our staff were so thrilled to hear from you and we are all looking forward to your return. To celebrate your return please register as a returning guest so you can take advantage of the bonuses return guests receive, and we'll throw in one of our gorgeous wood fire Pizza's, as you missed out last time. Looking forward to welcoming you back as soon as you are able to travel to Covid Free Samoa. Alofas Wendy, Chris & your Seabreeze Family

Myself and 2 friends traveled to Samoa and stayed at Seabreeze - a small boutique adults only (+++) resort for 6 nights. We took up the option of paying a small fee to secure our room from the night before arrival as we were flying in from Sydney overnight. We were greeted enthusiastically at the airport by Seabreeze people and embarked on our 1 1/2 hour journey in a comfortable minibus to the resort at the other end of the island. We were met by Stuart (resort Manager) on arrival and escorted to our awaiting room. The room was great and easily accommodated 3. This place is truly a place to chill - no TV, no radio and limited wifi (purchased). There are not many villa's so not many guests and the surrounds are beautifully kept, lush and tropical with amazing sea views. We also took up the option of the meal package as we knew the resort was quite remote. Breakfast was provided in the room rate so meal package provided lunch (in restaurant or at the pool) and dinner in the restaurant each day. The food was great and the service impeccable. We enjoyed a day trip through the resort and Mau our driver was wonderful. We also hired a car from the resort for a day - they have a couple of cars from small to larger people mover type cars. It is not far to the To Sua Ocean Trench which is a must visit. We were lucky to have had the best weather for the entire time we were there. All in all I can highly recommend Seabreeze Resort which surpassed my expectations. All the staff were fantastic - ranging from from Stuart who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and was full of information on where to go and what to do, to the restaurant staff who we always had a good laugh with, the housekeeping staff, pool bar staff, tour driver and the "night watchman" who escorted us to our room each night after dinner. I will definitely return to the beautiful island of Samoa and stay at Seabreeze resort.

Talofa Dorothy, Thank you so much for rating us so well, our team really do appreciate all your kind words. We remember well that this was your second attempt to visit us the first cancelled through ill health, so this made it even more important that EVERYTHING you needed was available and that all your wishes were met. It really was a pleasure having you stay with us. Thank you for pointing out some of our guest’s favorite activities and of course our value added meal plan that gives you a one course lunch and two course dinner off anything off the A La Carte, Pizzeria or Specials board daily. Thank you for complimenting us on our cuisine, we encourage our talented chef’s, with their creativity & vision to conjure up spectacular dishes. We believe an extensive A La Carte menu is important but with daily specials and our Chefs willingness to create one off dishes like our special seafood platter with incredibly fresh local seafood, your choices are many. Exploring our treasured Isles is something that we feel is really important and our customized 8 hour tours are really designed to give you an insight into our culture, lifestyle and history, whilst giving you the option of taking in some of your choice of must see’s. Renting a car for a couple of days is a great way to see the rest of the island, 2 – 3 days we find is plenty of time to see all of the recommended spots on this island and I’m always here to give you an insight into some special hidden treasures that are close by. We pride ourselves on “great food and impeccable service” so we could not be happier that you acknowledge the hard work and commitment that we all put into making our guests stay the best it can be. We are standing by to make sure your next stay with us is just as amazing. Till next time, Alofas Stuart, Naui & your Seabreeze family.

We weren't planning to go to Samoa for our honeymoon, but when we looked at options we were swayed by Seabreeze, and we are so glad we made that choice. We were greeted at the airport by friendly staff with umbrellas, flower lei and bottles of cold water. The staff were a real highlight, they were kind and friendly and did a great job taking care of us, and we loved all the details like the towel animals and treats. Stuart the manager was brilliant - honestly a perfect fit for Seabreeze. We were looked after really well, including after a dropped beer bottle injury necessitating plasters and a clean up. The only team member who needed to brush up on his customer service was the resident cat, Tiger, who we absolutely adored. Our room (turtle room) was great - very big, with nice views and a hammock and furniture on the deck for us to lounge on which we made the most of. The resort is quite compact, and the rooms are closer together than we expected. Despite this, we were surprised to learn that the resort was fully booked for at least part of the week we were there, because it didn't feel busy at all. The only thing I can find for improvement was that we had a blown lightbulb in a lamp in our room. We learned quickly to rinse wine glasses and cans etc before bed to avoid ants. The food was incredible the entire trip, especially the breakfasts. And the desserts. And the cocktails. The times we ate elsewhere it was a bit of a disappointment. We rented a car from Seabreeze for a few days and Stuart gave us lots of really helpful advice - the roads in Samoa are bonkers! It was quite an adventure and we really enjoyed getting to explore the island. We also really enjoyed the days we stayed at the resort. It was great having the pool, gorgeous beach, and the kayaks we could take out as well as snorkels and reef shoes (those were a lifesaver!). The day we kayaked to bat island and the old church ruins was a real highlight. The cultural night was incredible and well worth choosing booking timing to be there for. The team are so talented, we had a lot of fun, learned new things, and the food was incredible. We loved the fire dancing too! We both had a massage which was wonderful. We had actually been a bit worried about getting bored (my husband isn't good at sitting still for long!) but it really wasn't an issue at all. It was lovely and relaxing, but we had plenty to do. When it was time to leave (to our great disappointment), we were given an amazing send-off with songs and hugs from the whole team. We've travelled a fair bit, and it's the first time we've wanted to return to the same place again rather than trying somewhere new. Thank you for an incredible honeymoon!

Talofa Gary & Jessica Wow, thank you for your comprehensive review of your stay with us, we are super thrilled that Seabreeze provided you with the Ideal honeymoon, WE LOVE HONEYMOONERS! Thank you for acknowledging our customer service, this means a great deal to the team here. With hospitality being such a huge part of Samoan culture, long before tourism arrived, their dedication to delivering excellence in every way is all part of our culture. We will share your words of support which will no doubt bring an even bigger smile to their faces. Kayaking along our historical coastline, whilst viewing the fish life below you through our glass bottom Kayaks is always a treat, or now with the addition of our new Boogie boards with glass viewing panels you can view without even getting you hair wet, great for you girls. Exploring the Island is a must and whilst some parts can only be explored by Kayak ( which is always fun ) as you would have experienced the majority of attractions are accessible by hire cars. We are glad you enjoyed exploring our treasured Isles, we always love when our guests have ventured out and about and are eager to get home to Seabreeze, coming home is always a great feeling. Yes, the Fia Fia Night is always a highlight of our guest’s stay, this event being choreographed and performed by our staff as waiters, housekeepers and chefs turn into showmen & woman, with enthusiasm and passion showcasing our culture, history and honoring a living culture that we still enjoy in modern Samoa. Even Tiger the resort cat has his job to do and quickly works out who loves him and who he needs to leave alone . He was born at the resort and is now over 11 years old, but even though hes adorable, we do ask guests not to invite him into the villas as not all guests are cat lovers. I am sure he would be happy though that you loved his company. We hope to welcome you back for another stay with us in the near future, times are currently hard for everyone but we are keeping Seabreeze beautiful so we can pamper and spoil you on your return. ! Till next time, Alofas Stuart, Naui & your Seabreeze family.

Seabreeze was an amazing experience and perfect for our week of relaxation. Fantastic snorkelling at your doorstep, amazing beachfront villa with picturesque views, welcoming and friendly staff. Walking distance to the Sua Ocean Trench and a short drive to the Clam conservatory. An intimate experience with only 12 rooms and a big plus being adults only. Shout out to Bua our amazing masseuse, Fa the friendly smiling pool bar attendant and Stuart the manager who runs the resort seamlessly. All of the staff were fantastic! We would love to visit again and if you are after a week in paradise this resort is the best.

Talofa Monnie Thank you for taking the time to Post such an amazing review. Once again, myself and our committed staff, are always thrilled to share our little piece of Paradise with our guests, giving you an insight into our lives, history & culture, at every opportunity. We will pass on your kind words of praise to all involved in making your stay fantastic. Staff really are the icing on the cake providing great service, genuine Samoan hospitality and our pamper sessions led by Pua are something that every girl needs to revitalize the soul and relax you in a tranquil environment that is enhanced by mother nature’s natural beauty. We understand that a child free environment is important to some guests, and as Seabreeze is small and personal we felt that the property lent itself to this market and therefore have created Samoa's only 18+ accommodation, so thrilled you appreciated this facility. Please let us know when you are ready to return and we will add the “Returning Guest Bonus” to your booking, with an array of value added extras to thank you for your loyalty, your real Samoan welcome back is something we all look forward too. Till next time, Alofas Stuart, Naui & your Seabreeze family.

We chose this resort because it was adults only, firstly we were picked up by the resorts driver who chewed gum and blew bubbles the whole hour and a half drive to the resort, irritating, we requested lagoon villa for the view, turns out cldnt see the view due to over grown palm trees🌴🙄then they ran out of coconuts?? How do you run out of coconuts on an island full of them?? Now let's talk about the food, this resorts restaurant has won awards in the past sadly in our experience the menu was plain, and uninspiring, very small servings and hugely expensive, also we quite often didn't get what we ordered😱. Over all found our stay pretty average. The host tried his best but I feel it was over priced and needs a complete over haul. We won't be back

Talofa Corinnalyo We are really sad to hear that your stay with us was disappointing and we have taken some time to address your concerns with our staff and management and are desperately sorry that we were not made aware of your issues when you were at the resort, as these things can be fixed if only we are aware of the issues. We really feel it’s vital to get to the bottom of what went wrong, so if I can address the issues you raised one by one please. We have discussed the gum factor with the meet & greet team and we can assure you this has been dealt with and will not happen again. Our Lagoon View Spa Pool Villa has enjoyed some great reviews, but we are now aware that a few of the palms giving privacy to the bedroom had a spirt in growth during the long wet spell prior to your arrival and needed a trim/removal. Had we realized you were unhappy with your view there was a possibility of an upgrade to our Honeymoon Pointhouse that was available during you stay, it’s our managements goal to ensure our guests stay is the best it can be, so had we been aware we most certainly would have considered your needs and acted accordingly instigating any upgrade possible. It is always a balance between privacy and view from the bedroom and we have now taken down some palms and opened up the view we look forward to future guests feedback as we are sure that the view from your bed is truly amazing featuring the historical coastline. If I can explain regarding the shortage of Coconuts? You might not have seen how these are collected but boys climbing unbelievably tall trees with bush knife in mouth is the normal collection process. You would have been aware that the week before you arrived we had some terrible weather and constant rain makes the Palm trunk slippery, so under circumstances like this we would rather have a shortage of coconuts than push suppliers from our village to endanger themselves, we are sure you would agree and we only wish that you had been given the explanation regarding the shortage, we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication. At Seabreeze we pride ourselves on great food and our kitchen and floor staff are really sad that they didn't satisfy your desires. Most of our supplies are air freighted from NZ, and quality produce costs. Our menu is extensive and with over 36 dishes to choose from and the addition of daily specials we normally find guest love our cuisine, but we understand that from your point of view we didn't meet your expectations and we thank you for your feedback, as all feedback is taken constructively and helps us grow as a business. With the current Coronavirus bringing the tourism industry around the world to a standstill there has been plenty of time for reflection and looking at new ways to inspire our guests. Seabreeze is undergoing a major maintenance program and we look forward to showcasing a beautiful new look when we reopen for business. Kind Regards and best wishes.
