A good stay. This is a fairly budget hotel, great for a short stay and travel to falls. Centre with bars and restaurants, bus station is 30min walk. The hotel seems dated and the foyer/bar area was unclean. Staff all pleasant and friendly. Rooms good size, excellent shower, clean and basic. WiFi was good. Bus to Iguazu falls stops just outside hotel. For the price I think it is good value
Six of us ( in 3 rooms) stayed in the hotel for 1 night. Hotel had agreed to keep our luggage free of additional charges and we dropped our luggage around 9.00 AM. Eat buffet breakfast by paying additional about $8 per person and headed to visit Brazilian side of the Iguyazu falls. Breakfast had plenty of variety including fresh local fruits and juices. Came back in the evening and stayed in the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. [We had finished our dinner in an outside restaurant and hence did not eat dinner at the facility. Dinner is on extra payment]. Next day after breakfast, vacated the rooms and headed to Argentina side of Iguyazu falls from where we went directly to the Airrport. Facility staff were courteous.
The two staff at the reception were exemplary in their professional capacities in check us in early. They helped us clarify our plans to get to and how to get the best out of visiting The Iguazu Falls. It saved us so much trouble, even warned us that after purchasing the entry tickets we had to go straight to the Train Ticket counter before continuing into the park. They also suggested not to go the afternoon we arrived but wait till the morning as the weather has a tendency to be uncertain after 2pm. I tried to use Spanish and they even helped me with it. We didn’t need our room cleaned. But after a day of walking up and down it was a very pleasant surprise to open our door and find the rooms had been dusted and cleaned. Great housekeeping! Matias at the shop in the hotel was very helpful as well, helping to understand the menu. The steak with the cassava is a must try. I saw so many mixed reviews of the local restaurants so we played safe and ate in. Good choice, chef and staff really good. The pool is big enough to feel comfortable. I wish every hotel had good machines in the gym like here. Well done, you all made our stay very pleasant. …
Our stay at the hotel was great! The room was clean, comfortable and pretty spacious. There was good wifi connection in the room; however, there are no electric outlets near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient when trying to charge our smartphone during the night. Our biggest disappointment was the restaurant: they had very limited options for vegetarians and none if you are vegan. Additionally, the servers gave us inconsistent information: we were told lunch was between 12 and 3 pm and after 3 pm they only serve sandwiches but then we saw other people with pizzas and french fries.. (?) We would have appreciated more clarity on this.
On a 3 day trip to the falls which to me is a must see wonder of nature. I stayed in Brazil for one night and then moved back to the Argentinian side. This hotel is clean tidy nice and airy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. My room was spacious and clean and the facilities good quality. The hotel has a roof top pool and spa facilities. Unfortunately because of my time constraint I did not have time to use them. The same goes for the restaurant as I was with friends in the evening. My room view was very good.
