Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Excellent place with a very good price/quality ratio. It has a large pool and the property where it is located is very spacious and has room for all guests. Jorge, his caregiver, takes care of everything and ensures that no one misses anything. The hotel itself is well maintained and no expense is spared in cooling. The restaurant offers a varied menu. The best: Rubén, the waiter, always with a good vibe and serving all the guests with joy. We would definitely return...

Good ubication. They were very kind in their attention. The restaurant has a fairly varied menu, the meat we ate was very well cooked and tender and has a good price-quality ratio. The complete breakfast, with fruits, yogurt, ham, cheese and a variety of sweet things. The croissants are very delicious.

Excellent place to rest. I was always a lover of southern Argentina and I never thought to have such a good time in the province of Buenos Aires. The amazing care from reception to waiters. They restaurant without words: abundant and top-notch dishes and the truth, I am very critical, in terms of food and they left me speechless. It is close to everything!!!
Ahh sure someone will ask and prices?? According to the situation of the country nothing exorbitant to what they can find anywhere

I do not recommend at all. The reasons are several but only a few to highlight are that the prices are not commensurate with the size or quality of the rooms. If you do not book in one of the premium ones (which was not our case) you will find some very uncomfortable niches built with an absolute lack of ridiculous money criteria that demonstrate a tital lack of love in design and construction. For example, the bathroom screen abuts the laboratory which makes it difficult to enter the shower and also put an expiration date on the glass that will explode with the first child who enters that bathroom. Furthermore, the shower is designed for pygmies. Another absurd design is the windows that are tiny. Supposedly one decides to wait at that hotel because of the proximity to the mountains and their landscapes. Another incredible thing is that I don't know who thought of planting a huge barrier of eucalyptus and cedar trees between the hotel and the mountains, completely obstructing the panoramic view. The hotel should be called El Mirador de los Eucaliptus
Another inconvenient thing is that the reception and restaurant, therefore also breakfast, is in a separate building about 100 meters from the hotel. So in winter you have to freeze to death to get to breakfast early in the morning. Or the same at night if one decides to eat there. In addition, the breakfast is very poor. There is not even a toaster for bread and the coffee is nauseating. The night we decided to have dinner at the restaurant I ordered lamb and they brought me a few measly scraps of pure fat and practically no meat. Evidently it was meat from an old sheep, I know this because I do that for a living.
But the worst of all was the water that came out of the taps. As soon as we arrived we noticed the cloudy water in the toilet. We thought they had used it before we entered the room. Then we started to fill the bathtub and we found that the water came out straight brown, as if it were rotten and had mixed with the water from the blind well (a theory that I do not rule out). When we went in the morning to file a complaint at the reception, we were greeted by an extremely disrespectful young man with glasses who in an insolent manner responded that this was normal because the water was from a well. I responded that I live in a rural area and I always had well water and it never came out that color. Then he replied that it was normal for it to come out like that and that it could even be drunk. This rude man almost told me not to bother him with my ridiculousness.
My advice is to try to avoid this hotel at all costs.

As always, EXCELLENT. Very warm attention. A large room with memories of the past. The property is very well maintained and with old agricultural machines. In its beginnings it was a stopover for long-distance bus lines. SUPER RECOMMENDED

We have chosen this spot because of its proximity to the "Ventana" - a spot we had planned to visit. The hotel can be found very easily as it is along the ruta 76 and is very near the view point of the Ventana.

We had booked a "doble matrimonial" and the room was very small. We were travelling with two suitcases and a backpack for the hiking trip and we could not find enough space in the room to place the suitcases properly.

The owner is very nice and helpful with recommendations where to go, etc. The food was nice we ate twice dinner at the hotel and also had breakfast at the main building. Besides the main building there is a nice swimming pool for the use of the guests.

This is a gem in the Sierra de la Ventana mountain range. The food is delicious, the attention to the minimum detail and the place itself is a museum.
Take your time to be there. You want to review the millions of trinkets that decorate the place. Do not forget to buy a souvenir too!
