They have created a warm and inviting environment that feels like home. Outstanding hotel in the center of trendy Palermo Soho! Gorgeous design, attentive and friendly staff, delicious homemade breakfast each morning with lovely place settings, and well-appointed rooms, garden and pool. Wonderful choice for those looking to stay in Palermo where all cafes, shops, nightlife and gardens are accessible by foot.

This hotel is a true gem. Hidden away it’s a soft place to fall after the bustle of the city. The staff are a true delight. Friendly and so helpful. After an accident in Patagonia Jardín Escondido went above and beyond to help me on my return to Buenos Aires and then made me feel so comfortable here while we waited for our return flights home. The hotel is furnished with beautiful Argentinian textiles, artworks and rugs. Art books abound and a classical six string guitar, which you can use, sits in the main living room. It’s so comfortable. Come and stay here.

This hidden gem is now my favorite hotel in the world (and I mean that literally). It is gorgeous but also cozy--you feel like you are staying with your rich aunt and uncle for the weekend--the hotel is stunning but you also quickly feel like it is your home. The breakfasts are unbelievably good--the best eggs, the best banana bread etc. And they even bring coffee to you room--like in china cups on tray--this is not regular room service but more like Downton Abbey! The 3 level garden is heavenly. We sat out there and had coffee. My fantasy would be there for a writer's retreat. Above all, the people are so incredibly nice and helpful --even before I arrived they helped with dinner reservations and recommendations. Two of the best meals we had were because of their recommendations. We met Ignacio and Roman and a third gentleman whose name I didn't catch but all were amazing as were the chef and cleaning staff. Again, everyone made us feel at home. Finally, the location is fantastic--great neighborhood, safe, quiet but close to cool shops, restaurants, bars etc. We didn't want to leave! …

Charming Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms extremely nice. I highly recommend. We spent amazing 24h in Buenos Aires and the hotel location in Palermo is perfect. Nice shops and cafe all around. Very nice boutique hotel awned by Francis Copolla.

Very beautiful place. Staff were amazing: welcoming, friendly and helping with organizing and recommendations. Lovely room and common areas. Only negative was street noise in the two rooms on the road side. We stayed here as a special treat for two relaxing days at the end of a 3 week trip.

The best hospitality experience I’ve ever had. This is what a hotel should be. Sit on one of the flowery terraces. Sip from Coppolla’s custom espresso machine. Gab with the intellectual concierge. A magical place with the warmest people.
