Only 4 blocks from Plaza Serrano, 7 blocks from Avenida Santa Fe and the subway station for line D. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars and boutiques and close to many bus routes. This is a fantastic option for accommodation in Buenos Aires. All linen is egyptian cotton with large super soft bath towels also provided. The whole feel of the property is very relaxed. We just want people to enjoy a home away from home when they come and stay with us. We have 4 large double bedrooms all with private bathrooms and free Internet, our large sunny terrace offers ample space for you to relax. Our rooftop includes a fridge which is considered as a mini bar.

I love smaller places that have a personal touch, and this fit the bill perfectly. Orlando is a wonderful host - he arranged for a taxi pick-up at the airport when we first arrived, gave us great recommendations for things to do with our time, and served a lovely breakfast every morning. I mistakenly failed to book a hotel for our last night in Argentina (I initially planned to fly straight home from Iguazu - Buenos Aires - USA all in one day, but later decided against it, thank goodness), and only realized my mistake a couple of days before departure. Fortunately Orlando had a room available, and so we were able to return to ABA for our last night in the country. We enjoyed our conversations with Orlando, and loved getting to sit on the rooftop patio. There are only four rooms, and because we came at a relatively quiet time, it was just us. But given its prime location and lovely amenities (the bathrooms - wow!), I'm surprised it isn't booked full year-round. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a clean and comfortable room for a night or two that is fairly central at a reasonable price then this little hotel is for you. It is owned and run by Orlando who lives at the property and speaks very good English as well as French and Spanish. He provided us with lots of advice for travelling around the city and which sites to see. The hotel has 4 rooms which are spacious but accessed via a staircase with no lift. We had a separate sitting room and a very good shower. There was aircon in both our rooms. There is a beautiful roof terrace where you can relax and where breakfast is provided which is either continental or cooked all prepared by Orlando. Excellent coffee as well. We had to leave the hotel at 3am to get to the airport and Orlando stayed up to say goodbye and sort out payment with our taxi. Note that you have to pay for the hotel in cash in US dollars. We had been told if this before we arrived. Finally if you want a good restaurant Don Julio is just 10 mins walk away. Book well ahead or get there at least 30 minutes before they open (7pm) and queue. See my separate review.

This is a boutique B&B in the funky Palermo area. Very well located with lots of cafes restaurants and bars nearby. The property consists of four different rooms...we have stayed in the Red room (separate bedroom, comfy couches, small balcony, shower) and the Green room (small balcony, large bathroom with bath)...both of which were very comfortable. . Breakfast (the freshly squeezed orange juice is delightful, eggs, croissants etc) is served on the top floor which consists of the kitchen / dining area and big outside terrace with tables and chairs. The owner Orlando is a good communicator and host, very helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. If you like something small, personable and boutiquey, then this is highly recommended

We enjoyed Orlando and really appreciated his advice. He was gracious and accommodating. The unit was clean and comfortable. The freshly squeezed orange juice was especially appreciated. The room air conditioning worked and was appreciated.
