Kaya Belek hotel generally impresses with its cleanliness and well-maintained amenities such as pools and bars, although some guests suggest there's room for improvement, particularly in Wi-Fi connectivity. While the staff garners compliments for their dedication and attentive poolside service, there are mixed reviews about the helpfulness of reception and management. Opinions on value for money are divided; some find it reasonable, yet others feel the hotel aligns with a lower star rating. Room conditions have drawn criticism for being outdated and occasionally poorly cleaned, despite the overall warm and inviting atmosphere of the resort.

We managed to visit the hotel after the pandemic in 2020 (September). Before that, we were in several hotels in Turkey, Egypt, Crete – there is something to compare with. We traveled with a child for the first time. About the hotel there were only positive impressions, the rest was a success – a very cozy hotel with a good location, focused on family holidays. Especially impressed by the green, well-groomed large area with restaurants, bars, swimming pools, SPA, children's playground, entertainment, tennis court, horse farm (for an additional fee, you can ride horses-my son was delighted). A huge variety of dishes. A good children's town, there are swimming pools and slides for children. Lovers of the sandy beach will be especially comfortable here. There is a lot of entertainment here – for every taste.
As for the disadvantages, in our opinion, it is one-old rooms, mattresses are quite comfortable, but in some places they are sagged, shabby furniture and tents. But this is if you really find fault. We are happy with the rest, I give the hotel 5 stars.
A good hotel for an adequate price with a lot of entertainment for adults and children.

First time in Turkey and we weren't disappointed.
Obviously the hotel has wear and tear but that is usual for the amount of people who visit.
The room was cleaned everyday, the fridge was stocked with water and pop and there was a kettle with tea and coffee.
The staff work very hard and it was sad to hear people talk down to them, I think people forget their manners when they are on holiday, so I would like to say a massive thank you to every single staff member.
The restaurant has a large variety of dishes, vegetarian dishes are not clearly marked up and aren't easily identified. The waiting staff were constantly cleaning. It is all self service although some staff do offer to get drinks.
The BBQ a la carte is definitely worth booking in to, there isn't a vegetarian option although they did cater for me and it was delicious.
They provided towels daily, there were ample sun beds at all times of the day,
The beach was just yards from the pool. Bar staff walked up and down the beach offering various drinks and ice lollies. The bar service was very good, the areas were kept very clean
The entertainment was good.
The issues we had were resolved very quickly by Nina, the hairdryer was sparking, got back to the room and it had been replaced, the patio door had warped in the sun, maintence came out with a bit of wd40.... Sorted.
We did walk to the big shopping centre in the land of the legends which was worth a visit, we went of the evening and caught the "water fountain" show.
We only stayed for 7 nights so didn't venture out although other guests went in a taxi to Belek Town for 5 euro.
Don't bother taking lira they prefer to use euros.

We stayed at the Kaya Belek for two weeks as a family of 5. Everything was exceptional, from the food to the service.
The hotel - yes the rooms are a little dated but they are clean and the mini bar is well stocked! Fresh towels and linen, daily maid service. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families.
Food - the variety and choice is second to none. Breakfast has every type for breakfast food you could wish for, from porridge to fresh honey to sausages. Lunchtime, the ‘snack’ bar is anything but snacks! Huge array of fresh salads, pasta, pizza, burgers, wraps, fish etc etc.
evening meals were similar, yes sometimes at busy periods it can get hectic but there is so much on offer.
Highchairs are supplied, sanitised after every use and each come with a handy wipe and disposable bib.
The lifts - they just about fit our Joie double through the doors but it was a squeeze. Plenty of guests forgot how their legs worked on holiday and abused the lifts somewhat, meaning those with pushchairs/wheelchairs/mobility issues often had to stand waiting for a free lift. But this is not the hotels fault, this is down to the guests!
The pool was always clean, plenty of sun beds and towels available. The waiters on roller skates are so hard working and friendly, definitely the best staff in the hotel. By far Oguzhan is the best, such a friendly guy and a credit to the hotel.
Ramps are throughout the hotel so navigating with a pushchair was never an issue. The toilets by the pool were absolutely immaculate. Air conditioned and clean.
The entertainment team are friendly and don’t push you into activities which was great. The only annoying thing is some of the kids club would walk round the restaurant shouting and clapping ‘mini disco time’ just when we’d got the children settled in their pushchair and disturbing other diners. Nina was so helpful and sorted a few small issues for us without problem.
The sea was warm and the beach was clean with plenty of sunbeds.
The staff go out of their way to help and accommodate you. The bar men at the pool bar often gave our toddler fresh melon to snack on, Esra deserves a special mention as she was so wonderful in helping when our toddler was ill.
Belek market is ok to visit but so expensive now so by the time you’ve paid €20 in a taxi, using the hotel shops works out the same price!
The lobby is great for a quiet cocktail, the evening entertainment was good as was sitting round the pool bar. All the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Our only regret is not being able to try the spa, we will definitely book for next year!

I do not recommend this Hotel, please do not even think to enter or stay in this Hotel. Building and rooms are very very old. Bad internet connection in this hotel. Customer service and staff is very rude and unprofessional and racist for nationalities. Air conditioning is very bad considering the bery hot weather, as we were not able to sleep for one night. Staff in restaurant have a bad behavior. 90% of the staff do not speak English, only Turkish and Russian, we were not able to order food in the hotel as the room service staff can't speak English. Prices of the shops inside the hotel was very expensive (2 potato chips and 1 chocolate for 8 Euros). On the other hand, and to be honest, food was good and the hotel facilities such as beach, pools were okay. Spa team is very helpful and kind.

Overall experience was terrible, i do not advise anyone to stay or even enter this Hotel!!!!!!

I will not come to this hotel back even if it was for free!!!!

Was a bit worried about reviews before coming to this hotel, but shouldn't be it's a great hotel.
Yes it's not ultra modern but it's clean and has the decor you would expect from a European type hotel.
We used the buffet restaurant for breakfast & some evenings and food was lovely and lots of choice. You would have to be extremely fussy if couldn't find anything liked.
We had 2 teenagers in our party so were able to use the over 16s area to dine.
We booked 2 a la cartes during our week stay - Asian and Italian. Food was excellent, 6 course! my personal favourite was Asian. These appear to be bookable at 7pm only on certain evenings.
For lunch we used the snack bar area near pool, again lots of choice and tables are shaded.
Drinks all good, plenty of chilled bottled water in room, bars, buffet restaurant and pool bar. There was 2 young boys on roller blades going up and down all day around the pool to pool bar. Sunlounger service if you wished, they did a fab job, and well worth tipping them daily. Plenty of choice of cocktails, soft drinks and slushes etc.. only branded drinks I saw were vodka, whisky and rum and measures were not shy! Sometimes they are very sweet but we have had similar elsewhere. Nuts and icelollies available at pool bar. Also 24hr bar just off the reception.
We couldn't get a late check out room for our late evening flight but were able to use the luggage room and use shower and changing facilities in the Spa which was perfect and allowed us to enjoy our last day.
Reserving of sun loungers was fine, most people reserving around 8am on way to breakfast.
Having 2 teenagers in tow this hotel was ideal for them to go off on their own but still within the hotel grounds, plenty of activities to take part in. Entertainment team were good but not pushy.
Spent most of our evenings at pool bar where there was small disco/Entertainment after the kids/show finished.
WiFi which we were concerned about was ok, bit sketchy in places, seem to work best in room or pool bar. Enough for the kids to use social media etc..
Watersports about 5 min walk along beach, did the banana boat which was €20 each.
Yes there are rude guests and UK travellers were in the minority but didn't let that bother us.
Overall a great week in a good hotel, only complaint was beds a bit uncomfortable and no fresh limes! Only lemons. Would defo recommend. Only 40 min transfer from airport.  Land of legends is very near although the heat during the day we would have struggled the 30 min walk. Be 5 mins in a taxi though.

Good but not spectacular for a 5 star resort.
The room was spacious and modern the mattress was really poor in quality not relaxing at all.
cleanliness, very good.
The Pool and pool bars were lovely. The main hotel was nice & spacious.
ANIMATION TEAM, these guys were troopers a small team working a lot of hours and always happy and inclusive trying to engage in conversation.
The main thing that stood out for me was the lack of British people, the hotel is predominantly geared towards Russian and eastern Europeans.
The food was very repetitive and in my opinion not geared towards a Mediterranean or British pallet which gets tiring after a few days.
Getting a drink from the restaurant bar was sometimes a chore.
I found there was little to no organisation at the food stations people pushing in showing no respect especially during COVID it was a free for all.
I noticed the bar staff talking/using there phone whilst waiting to get a drink which i think is poor.
I also noticed the tables which had a traffic light system to indicate whether they were disinfected or not a member of staff simply flipped the sign over and did not disinfect the table which made me think how often do they actually adhere to cleaning the tables with disinfectant.
The grounds were OK a little untidy. The tennis courts were pretty battered and run down.
Private beach / beach bar are little tired and not up to the levels of other hotels just up the beach which do have the WOW factor.

We are currently still here with a few days left to end our holiday and honestly speaking this is not a 4star hotel.
We are a family of 4 and everyday we are coming back to our room with less than 4 bath towels. Some days two somedays three somedays none and instead 5 hand towels. The rooms are supposed to be cleaned daily but I tested this and left some crisp crumbs on the floor and today after the rooms been cleaned the crumbs remain. The towel rack in the bathroom is lose and is a danger to the kids and the cleaning staff have obviously noticed it hence they have suddenly started leaving our towels piled on the bed. But yet noone has reported the broken towel rack.
Today at the main pool there was something sharp in the water and when we informed the staff they advised they would get it cleaned. Their own staff went in and said there is some small rocks in there and he can see that. But when the lifeguard has gone in he didn't see nothing and we was told nothing is there. Again health and safety is not there.
Being vegetarian we have struggled with the food. Never mind about the choice of food but the food that is there is all mixed with the meat and there is cross contamination. When speaking to the staff they just ignore it.
The tour rep that is here is giving false information out so do not listen to him. We was informed the Saturday market was at 7.30pm when in fact they finish and close at 4.30pm. He told us the land of legends light show starts at 8.30pm when in fact it started at 10pm. If you cannot rely on your rep who can you rely on.
We booked a twin and double but they count the sofa bed as a twin so be vary on that.. when we asked on arrival at reception the guy was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Instead he said we could have a travel cot for my 4 year old !!! And the double bed has a single duvet wr are having to turn it around each day and have resorted to our feet sticking out at the end.
Definitely a lovely country but not a lovely resort. Have definitely been to better more friendly and safer hotels within the area.

An amazing resort! Had nothing to fault! Amazing service all throughout.
Separate seating for 16+ in restaurant, and other areas including beach. If you decide to come without kids, or have none, you will be able to enjoy peace and quiet.
Amazing food. A big selection to choose from everyday and all delicious. We tried a la carte as well (Asian), our mistake was not booking well in advance. We booked the day before in the morning and some were closed, and limited spaces. It was worth though. The option of a snack by the pool, less options buffet, without the need to go indoors for lunch, still big enough selection available.
Fresh beach/pool towels every day, they provide you with a towel card.
Very helpful staff, especially Nina with vip shuttle last minute. Amazing service from everyone.
Small selection of shops downstairs, just in case.
Both sunny and shaded areas around the pool.
Entertainment throughout the day and something planed for every evening, with the addition of a disco.
Clear room, we had sea view and we loved it! Rooms are cleaned daily, with linen change every two days. Towels you want changed just leave on the floor.
Very environmental conscious resort.
Room has aircon, slightly noisy but does the job.
Mini bag fridge in the room, no alcohol but juices, fizzy drinks and water available cold in there free of charge, replenished daily. Some snacks available too in the room.
We have not tried water aport but they do offer some.
They do offer free wi-fi, however signal is poor in most areas. If you need internet, the lounge is your best bet. Lounge is big with nice and big seating areas.
Overall we loved it!

Arranged a last minute golf trip with some friends and chose the Kaya as it was offering a 5 night all inclusive deal with 3 rounds of golf. The photos of the hotel and description made it look palatial. The rooms were adequate, but in need of a makeover, although the bathrooms had been renovated. The staff were not friendly apart from the bar staff. Hardly any of the staff spoke English and it was nigh on impossible to book an a la carte restaurant despite it stating you were entitled to one free visit per stay.
Only one a la carte restaurant was open and unless a certain number were booked in, it didn't open. Even then, if a certain number was reached it was fully booked, so it was very frustrating. The food was good quality buffet food but very samey. The outdoor pool was huge clean and towels were provided. The entertainment staff tried hard but catered more for the kids. The golf course was great and a true test with lots of water and tight fairways. Do not be confused with the sister hotel the Kaya Palazzo next door where most of the pictures come from. If I were to rate the hotel against Mexico or Dominican 5 stars I would give it a 3 at best. So saying, it was a lads trip and the lobby bar was open 24 hours so we can't complain

Stayed here for 1 week … the hotel lacks modern and evrything seems to be old dated esp the rooms.. the views are good esp the sea view .
Wifi is absolutely terrible as well as the air con in rooms it’s as if it’s non existent.Food is extremely bland with no variety each day same food ..no staff seem to undertand English at all .. EVEYRTHING seems to be catered for Russians as 80% of the guest are all Russians who seemed to be very rude and arrogant . Also no mention of the fact that they don’t provide iron in rooms so be prepared for a 5dollar bill per shirt .
Pools are nice and kids entertained is very good .
My spa experience was also very good .
