We couldn't fault this place , it was spacious and very well maintained , it felt like home from home and we would have been happy to have stayed longer if we'd had the time . The Spa bath added a bit of luxury .

booked into a two bedroom, one bathroom (tiny shower) one kitchen unit. Very outdated and bare. Stayed for two nights and arrived with less than half a roll of toilet paper and only one more given after a service the next day, definitely slacking. Surcharge for leaving dirty dishes? Became quite obvious cleaners won't wash dishes but this seems unhygienic considering no one would know if something has actually been washed or just placed in the cupboard for the next group of guests? Doesn't make sense to add a surcharge for dishes left out if housekeeping were going to go back and (re)clean the ones in the cupboard. Something to think about if you want to use their utensils. Owners are extremely rude and use their size as a form of aggression. Compendium/guest booklet in the room says guests out by 10:00pm yet before such time owners ordered us to have some friends leave. We complied immediately yet the owners decided to march into the rooms and throw guest belongings around. We remained calm and respectful the entire time and didn't challenge their decision. Unprofessional and very rude. We explained to the owners that we did what they had asked they continued with aggressive and rude behavior. Male owners repeatedly asking if we were "testing him" - Don't remember asking for a fight? UNPROFESSIONAL!! A Complete overreaction from owners considering we were respectful and complied with their rules and demands. I would not recommend staying here. It's cheap with car parking and wifi but not worth the hassle with toilet paper and ridiculous policies surround what you can and can't do. Not worth dealing with the owners they don't know how to do anything but kick and scream when theirs nothing to cry over.

We were very disgusted when the owners barged into our room screaming and yelling at us and our friends to leave the property as there was a curfew (which we knew and it wasn’t the curfew yet) going through all our rooms and throwing the covers and belongs around. Not enough toilet paper. Very average rundown room. Highly disgusted with our stay.

The place is a little run down, although it is reasonably comfortable. staff were disinterested, no towels in one of the two bedrooms, and plenty of signs about what you are not allowed to do. Cheapish. Free wifi but it had a very weak signal.

The 2 bedroom self catering unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The problem is it needs money spent on it. For not a lot of money it could be great. Coat of paint, basic kitchen & bathroom update and modern furniture it could be really good. Self catering laundry was handy and location good. I would stay again but please clean it up.

Stayed 8 nights because of a family bereavement, missing safety catch to bathroom window, they replaced with wrong catch, curtains fell off rod at sliding door, mouldy skirting board to bathroom, water pooled around toilet floor, living room couch-you sit on it & sink below the frame! Microwave ancient & grime trapped in glass, rings on stove top don' t operate when first turned on, secret to that was turn on, off, on, oven unclean, sticky kitchen floor, electric jug grotty, had to push in plug @ jug to make it heat. We rented 2 other units for our family, an electric jug was filled from the top & water poured out the base, hole in wall near electric plug was meant to be repaired, it wasn't, fuse blew more than once, outside units water pooled over the door mats after it rained. Managers were obliging but the owner needs a massive wake up call and need to spend money on total renovations. Don't stay here!

Very uncomfortable, dirty dishes, for a room that was cleaned that morning there was a lot of dust and a sign saying that if dishes aren't washed you will be charged $25. Empty alcohol cans in car park. Rude hosts very nasty and threatening. There was grass in the single bed under the top sheet Beds pulled away from the wall and found tampon wrapping under beds and hall way cupboards had black dust on the shelf. Toilet seat had plastic coating peeling off and looked disgusting.
