A location with a lot to offer but offers nothing , the top level rooms are good but the level of service or even care is extremely low , there is a good restaurant and bar facility but they do their very best to make sure you don't use it , a shame as this could be a very good

Very friendly staff. Room is spacious and very clean. Located very close to Mt Sunday. Although a bit (about 20km) off road, it’s definitely worth the effort. Breath taking scenery along the way. Food at the restaurant is also very good.

Set in a dramatic valley, we awoke to the sound of deer and goats and amazing sunrises. The Lodge is at the end of a 20km dirt road (which was in good shape when we were there), and that slow road leads you away from the bustle to a spectacular setting. The staff were

We are so so lucky to find this place, amazing views and incredible mt potts, very friendly staff we feel like at home. great food great service, will definitely come back again! 特别推荐的点。这是新西兰自驾旅行中发现的最赞的一个地方,特别美一个人也没有的地方,旅店也是这地方唯一一个可以过夜的点。白天爬山,晚上可以看星星。小朋友们还可以喂羊吃草。

Hi Mat, Yes, you could drive camper-van on the gravel road to reach Mt Potts Lodge. There is small stream (ford) that you may have to cross to get to Mt Sunday from the lodge and at the moment it is totally dried up and still I advise you to come up to the lodge and find out if you can cross it or you can park your camper-van here at the lodge and take a walk to Mt Sunday. Hope this is helpful. Thank you.
