Detailed Reviews
Beautifully appointed one or two bedroom 'chalets' with living area, well-quipped kitchen, bathroom with excellent shower, TV (including Netflix), and wi-fi. Spotlessly clean and well maintained with nice bed linen.
The location is superb with a New World supermarket 150 metres away and a beautiful three kilometre safe swimming beach 300 metres further on. With an abundance of cafes and restaurants along the beach boulevard, it is difficult to find a more perfect area for a break.
It is excellent value for money and we will certainly return.

I stayed for three nights during the New Year's holidays. We were able to smoothly contact each other from the time of booking and we were able to head to our accommodation with peace of mind. I took a bus from Auckland Airport to save money on car rental. I changed trains three times and went there. The bus stop is right in front of you.
I arrived and ran into my host. A friendly and helpful host. It was a couple trip, so we stayed in the most compact cabin. It was a compact cabin of 22 sq m, but with a spacious deck, it didn't feel too small. The site is laid-back and parking is free, although the view is not admirable. There are outdoor goods and bicycles for rent.
The room also had a full kitchen with gas stove and oven, sofa, TV and Wi-Fi, as well as storage. It was very reasonable and clean, so I was comfortable. And two doors away is a supermarket called New Kavanaugh World, which has everything you need to live 7 days a week, so we bought ingredients and cooked. It was a room without a washing machine, but there was also a laundromat five minutes away on foot, so I could spend my time as I normally do.
It is located in the city, close to cafes, restaurants and shops, and of course a 5-minute walk from the beach. It is the perfect inn for relaxing in a calm resort town. Ewa
I don't think the price is cheap, but I think this is definitely the only place to go if you are going to Orewa.

Parking outside, supermarket next door and beach 2 mins walk. Easy trip to the City by bus from outside New World so cannot fault location... The (well maintained) free bikes to borrow were an unexpected bonus..
One bedroom cabin was compact but not cramped. Spotless clean and very comfortable. The cabin and the site in general was very well maintained.
Would happily return - it was a really nice property.

Well appointed address close to beach, supermarket and cafes, restaurants. We stayed in the Kingfisher cabin with our 2 grand children. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. A very comfortable home away from home experience and will definately stay again.
