Within the city walls on a Saturday in wedding season & many hotels are full. Las Moradas is well location within the walls yet withing easy walking distance of a couple of carparks which at 16E/day we though was pretty good. We had a room facing away from the street so really quiet. The room and bathroom were very large & we also had a a sort of covered solarium. The breakfast was very good with an excellent selection including bacon, scrambled eggs & sausages. There are plenty of places to eat close by and a shop for any nibbles you might want.

Very good location. Attic room with two beds and views of the wall of Ávila. Comfortable and spacious. Correct cleaning although with a strong smell of bleach. Friendly and helpful at reception. The only drawback I have seen is that the room was next to the elevator and you could hear the footsteps of other guests quite a bit, but I would have no problem repeating it.

Las Moradas is located a short stroll from the Cathedral, from "las moradas" or the medieval walls, and almost everything of interest in Avila, of which there is a lot. Clean, friendly, good breakfasts. The rooms aren't fancy or beautiful by any means, but clean and orderly if somewhat spartan. The main advantages are location, price, and cleanliness. It is on a pedestrian only street, though taxis are allowed to drive up to the door for passengers.

The hotel is very well located, the room is quiet despite the area, a super cool and cozy loft, in good condition. Both the room and bathroom spacious and very clean, although the shower and screen could use a tune-up. Breakfast fair but complies well except in the croasanes, bagged and of low quality. I'd repeat.

The situation is excellent, just in the center of the old town; staff was impressive helping in everything they could; the room was big and cozy with good heating. The bathroom had good towels and some amenities. If there was a small inconvenient was the water pressure in the shower, it could have been a bit better. Recommended - yes. Will return to this hotel - yes.

I recently spent 2 nights in lovely Avila and this hotel was simply perfect. It is in an ideal location within the walls near the Cathedral. My room was spacious, well furnished and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and Alberto in particular was a pleasure to deal with. I had a minor issue with my shower that he was able to sort out without any fuss or hassle. It was also great value for money. Most people might visit Avila as a day trip from Madrid or on a tour of Spain. However, I would recommend spending a night or two here to soak up it's wonderful atmosphere. Also, late in the evening and early morning are ideal times to explore the town when there are less visitors.

Hola! Me sabe mal no poderte responder ya que cada día, salíamos pronto de excursión o visitas y desayunábamos por el camino. Lo siento no poderte contestar. Pero si que te digo que es un hotel muy recomendable por ubicación, calidad y precio.
Como acaban de decir los otros Tripadvisors, hay un parking dentro d ela muralla de pago, y de pagar bien por cierto!! eL HOTEL ESTÁ A 5 MIN A PIE DE UNA PUERTA. Encontrar siito fuera gratis no es nada difícil, si no lo encuentras supercerca según llegas, seguro que en pocas horas aparece. EL ENTORNO ES COMPLETAMENTE SEGURO, vamos que no temas dejar el coche días y que sufra ningún incidente.
