Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

The hotel is super cheap, and i stayed there for a nearby wedding. However, it was quite dirty and the entire building seemed a bit run down. I hardly saw any other guests and it is quite out of the way if you want to get to any shops. Breakfast was average. Would not return.

The hotel itself is very nice, huge (somewhat unnecessary) bathroom and modern rooms. However, the place is a ghost town, because of this, not much effort in terms of maintenance / cleaning to the hotel overall. The room at a glance is all ok but I can imagine under the bed etc isn't very clean (don't really want to look under haha). The pool is also fairly unclean, probably because nobody uses it so what's the point in keeping it pristine??? Again, a shame!

The staff are very nice though and the free breakfast wasn't too bad. Motorbike available to hire at 60,000IDR per day which is standard price, and is definitely a MUST due to the hotel being miles away from anything else! 15/20mins motorbike ride to Canggu main beaches and shops!

Laundry service also available which was useful.

All in all, it's a shame really! The hotel itself is really nice and the staff are really helpful and friendly too. If the hotel was located closer to central Canggu then the place would be bustling and making a fortune, however, due to its location, it's absolutely DEAD.

Read the bad reviews! I didn’t.. luckily I’ve booked 2 days only.. no refund..
On booking .com it shows last room and 2 other are looking at it.. not true.. plenty of rooms and no guests..
it could work if there was a restaurant or room service or at least a swimming pool.. ( yes there is no swimming pool- at least not a swimming pool that you would expect)
The hotel itself is massive, outside run down.. I think couple of rooms are refurbished.. kind of rooms you can take a picture and you get the wow effect but if you look closer it’s a bit rusty and run down.. no mentionable tv channels either..
And yes no hot water..
I paid £50 for 2 nights which sounds cheap but for the location and service ( available service not the staff- they are actually really nice and very helpful) it is overpriced in Bali..

If you want to give it a go don’t bother just turn up and haggle the price ;)

Regrettably booked 6 nights through wotif.com. Arrived in 'ocean view suite', with no view, no staff except x2 non English speaking security guards, the pool was black/green and had been out of use for months, the kitchen had 'blown up', so no breakfast, no restaurant, no functioning lifts, no bar. This 'villa' was like a ghost town, it was scary and eery. We left immediately after contacting the head office for a return, however no response, no name, number, contact address. Despite all, we are trying desperately to get our money back... Would not return.

Room is dirty , dust is everywhere . Wifi is not woking at all . Hot water is not coming at all . Nothing is good in this hotel . Especially the staff at the operator , who picked up my phone at 22.34 pm 28/ Dec . Staff is so rude , answered my problem by just saying “ no solution “ . What a very unprofessional hotel . U should really stop selling your room if your facility and staff are like that .

I thought because of the price point I can't complain but well I'm doing it anyways. When entering the property love sight of the first pool and some greenery.
But in the room after looking close it's a hot mess.
These people just gave up.
Superficial cleaning or an attempt to. All fe balcony doors on the 3rd floor you can't close. So I got a different room. Molded fridge (pic) was in the 3rd floor room. Everything else in room 204. You can judge by your self. Pool never cleaned out the bugs and leaves. Same for the dust and bugs eggs in the room.
Location is nice and quite but you can get that some where else to.
The first two accommodations on your left are broke down just looks so poor.
Nothing is being fixed. The need a few buckets of paint and a 2019 interior. UPDATE needed asap.

Staff was nice and friendly.

I book from expedia. From online travel agent mentioned include breakfast. But hotel give me room only without breakfast. Their e-commerce "Melda" mentioned this expedia fault. How come, this hospitality industry. She doesnt give me solution. I think she is a dumb. She never check hotel partner. So i complained to expedia and expedia give me solution for refund. The hotel is really2 creepy and spooky ambiance. I got corner room and far away from lobby. Even i already ask nearest room from lobby. The room very dirty and unproper. Once again this is the worst hotel in bali. Don't stay at this hotel !!!!!

We stayed here for a wedding next door.
The room is clean and has a huge bathroom. Friendly staffs.
The hotel is surrounded by rice fields. quite and comfortable. better to bring or rent the vehicle because the place was so far away from the town, shops and restaurants
