This resort was opened in December 2023 so it is very new. I didn't know the layout of Canggu before booking so I thought we were away from the action. Turns out we were in the right spot.
Location - the resort is literally 3 minutes walk to Canggu beach. From this beach spot you can easily walk to Finns or Atlas in 5 minutes versus Canggu traffic. Also The Lawn, Times Beach Cafe are all 3 minutes from this hotel. Out on the road there alot massage shops, cafes, restaurants, shopping. The people in this area are young, trendy, fashion so it's a great vibe. There are loads of surfers and surfing schools and there were 3 yoga places all less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Hotel Service - this hotel deserves 6 or 7 stars for service. Every person at this hotel goes over and above to deliver exceptional customer service. Always smiling, always ensuring you are having the BEST experience and they will go above and beyond for you. For example at breakfast Elvira who is just so friendly went out of her way to make sure I had a smoothie bowl for breakfast even though it was not on the menu. She prearranged it so I would have it every day, now that is service. Fira another lady who works front desk is also so warm and inviting.
Hotel Rooms - I was tempted for the garden view room as the rooms inside are the same with the exception of the view. We stayed 10 nights so I purchased the Ocean View and so glad I did because the view is amazing and watching the big waves, surfers and sunset from your room is worth the money plus the sea breeze is nice. Rooms are well appointed, spacious.
Hotel Amenities- we were able to park our scooter at the hotel. Infinity pool is amazing won't cost you $2Million to sit there for a day and like I said it's new so nice running ponds and gardens, off the main street so you don't get the noise but so close that you are a 30 second walk to main street.
Some Holiday Inn in Australia are not great but this hotel was definitely 5 star, so don't think the name will deliver that cheap experience, complete opposite.
Finally the pool area has limited seating so either get in early with your towels or just ask the staff to make the next one available for you. We waited 20 minutes and had it for several hours. Pools gets busy around 4pm

Amazing hotel in the heart of Canggu. This is a clean, spacious hotel, with wonderful staff and incredible breakfast. Rooms are also set back off the main street so there is little to no street noise from the room (which can be a common problem in the area) - this hotel exceeded expectations and I would 100% stay here again.

The resort is conveniently close to Canggu’s bustling district, offering me easy access to local boutiques, cafes, restaurants, beach clubs, and nightlife options. Positioned within an easy stroll of Echo Beach’s legendary surf breaks, Batu Bolong Beach, Finn's, Atlas Beach Club, and the environment was so great! I found the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration during my short stay.
My room on the 2nd floor, King Standard Ocean View, featuring a contemporary design inspired by the surfing culture of Canggu. I can enjoy a private balcony overlooking the resort with the ocean as background. Premium room amenities including signature soft and firm pillows, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a 55-inch smart TV, floor-installed air conditioning system, etc. The rooms was soundproofed, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well.
Atop the resort, we can enjoy a stunning infinity pool with panoramic ocean views, setting the standard as Canggu's most spectacular rooftop venue. The Rooftop Pool Bar provides guests with a mesmerizing 180-degree view of the Indian Ocean, where we can relax with delightful small bites and cocktails, while waiting the enchanting sunset. I was lucky I can saw beautiful kites in the blue sky, enjoy stunning sunset, spectacular fireworks at night from Atlas Beach Club, full moon and sparkling stars.
On the ground floor, Roomah Restaurant serves up the finest local dishes made from high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. I found Roomah serving Indonesian & International cuisine, vegetarian, dairy-free, and vegan options can be requested.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices. Including, bread, pastries, breakfast cereals, yogurt, cold cuts, cheeses, dried fruits, fresh fruits (mellons, kiwi, apples, dragon fruits, pears, oranges, etc), and salads. We can also order unlimited servings of dishes (ala carte) from the breakfast menu.
The restaurant staff welcomed me very friendly and I had breakfast, lunch, & dinner here. I ordered Spicy Garlic Edamame, Salmon Crudo, Classic Fattoush Salad, Nasi Goreng Kampung Nelayan (fisherman village fried rice), Balinese Ayam Betutu, Almond Milk Coffee Panna Cota, and Paris-Brest Pistachio All the menus served were delicious, the appearance also beautiful, and healthy. I loved it.

My experience staying at this place was overall very pleasant. Firstly, the environment is indeed wonderful, with a peaceful location and pleasant surroundings that put one's mind at ease. Additionally, the service provided by the staff is top-notch. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive to guests' needs, making me feel well taken care of.
However, I have to mention a minor issue, which is the presence of ants in the room. Despite the room being clean, I noticed several ants during my stay. It was a slight inconvenience, especially when handling food items cautiously. Although I reported the issue to the staff and they made efforts to address it, the ants persisted.
Overall, despite the ant issue, it didn't completely ruin my stay. I'm still impressed by the environment and service at this place. I hope they can resolve this minor problem in the future to ensure guests enjoy a more flawless experience.

A newly opened hotel in Canngu with breathtaking views of the sea and the amazing Bali sunsets. Rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and with great amenities. I stayed in the suite, and the comfort level is unmatched in Canggu - a separate lounge area with a huge TV, a terrace overlooking the sea, and a sleeping area with an extra relaxing bed next to the window. The bathroom offers a separate shower and toilet, a double sink with giant mirrors, and a stylish bathtub overlooking the bed, but separatable with a sliding door. There is a separate storage area with a big wardrobe and dedicated places for luggage, so if you want to organize, you can put all your stuff away, but you can also live out of your luggage; it is very practical and well thought out.
However, the hotel's crowning feature is its rooftop infinity pool and bar, which is simply unparalleled. It provides boundless opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment, making it an essential experience for anyone visiting Canggu.

This is a brand new hotel and has a fantastic location 5 mins from old man, michelitos and the beach. You can also walk to Finn’s and Atlas down the beach in 15 mins. The service is excellent. The breakfast is wonderful but guys please stop serving (and wasting) so much food. Maybe ask the guest did they want a big or small breakfast? And note to the management- fix the wifi - It was bad and please put a mirror with proper lighting in the bathrooms so we ladies can see our makeup application

Great place to stay in Canggu, we stayed three nights at the Holiday Inn Resort Canggu and all the staff were friendly, helpful and everyone working in the Holiday Inn Resort Canggu was outstanding. Location is perfect in Canggu near with the ocean & nice pools. We stayed in an great ocean view room & we love it cause view from balcony was great. The breakfast was delicious, one of the best hotel to try unforgettable breakfast ala carte at Holiday Inn Resort Canggu, Bali. We can choose our favourite breakfast menu. Here, Chef Suhaimi did well on our requested to serves up the best traditional food such us a Nasi Goreng Kampung, Mie Goreng and Nasi Ayam Betutu. We never meet the best chef and service like what Suhaimi did to us. The hotel did well on requested, such as giving a time frame when checed-out. We really enjoyed our time there and we would definitely recommend it for guests coming to Canggu, Bali.

Great brand new hotel! Suggest to take ocean view rooms to enjoy the view from early morning. Hospitality of staff was really amazing. They were extremely attentive to details (everything we asked was done fast and correct) and allowed us to extend (free of charge) check out time until evening as we had late flight. Location is close to several surfing spots with nice friendly waves - 3 min walk. Breakfasts were very delicious including fresh orange, watermelon and green juices, fruit platters etc. Once again - staff was amazing! Highly recommend to visit and enjoy!

The hotel location is at the start of the beach and 50 metres off the main road. Situated opposite Billy Ho. Walk/drive in to greet a security guard and the see the massive brand new hotel. The hotel is so new that it is still yet to have some floors completed. Nugi and staff were extremely helpful and always greeted me. The rooftop pool was great. One of only few rooftop pools in Canggu. I was lucky to go there only after 2 months of it being so new that I had the pool to myself pretty much. The gym is almost complete (any day now) and I wish that I was advised that the hotel was not 100% ready as I did pay $250 USD per night. I would highly recommend to stay here if price is of no concern as in my opinion it is a 4-5 star Hotel. The sister hotel Regency will also be available soon and this forms part of the long driveway to the Holiday Inn. Lastly, the Holiday Inn sign is 30 metres up and if you walk past the hotel, you will not know that this is a hotel.
