After a very hectic and long year,i decided to travel to the Cook Islands to spend time to relax and rejuvenate. After a short 45 min from from Avarua,Rarotonga, on Air Rarotonga,we safely arrived on Aitutaki and was met by the host and after a short drive, we were at the bungalows overlooking a beautiful beach and a short walk to food and drink establishments as well as breathtaking beaches. If you desire to disconnect from the digital media & rejuvenate and recharge, this is the right place to visit. Just carry reading material & a spirit to explore and you will be fine.

What an amazing spot on perhaps the best swimming beach in Aitutaki. Cheran and Poonie are doing a great job modernizing this resort.. bungalows are spacious and are scheduled to be renovated. Kayaks, bikes and scooters can be rented on site. 4 restaurants are located within easy walking distance... Lagoon is spectacular in colour and delightful to swim in... great spot

We stayed as 2 couples in 2 bungalows. WOW! This was our 2nd trip to Aitutaki, but our 1st at Inano. So happy we chose to stay here. Cheran and Ponni were the most amazing, thoughtful hosts we have ever encountered. Nothing was too hard or too much for them. They provided a beautiful welcome basket of fruit and booked our tours even at short notice. The beach is stunning and the bungalows clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for, or wanted more. We stayed for 6 days and it wasn't long enough! Well definitely be back. Thanks Cheran and Ponni and good luck with the upcoming renovations xx

Don't come for the 5* high end hotel features, come for the authentic experience, the amazing family owners, the FANTASTIC location and view and the relaxing vibe. Cheran and her family were outstanding and couldn't do enough to make our stay the most relaxing and hassle free. The airport pick up included hand made neck ei's (similar to an Hawaiian lei) mad by Cheran's mum, and really made our welcome so special. Try for Cabin / Room 1 by the beach. Its worth the ask! Breakfasts were amazing - fresh fruit, fresh bread, cereals and yoghurt. Cabin was large and spacious, and had everything we needed. It was a little rustic, but the owners have plans afoot to update as I write this. As above - don't come for 5*hotel amenities........ you'll be let down. Actually if this is what you want go somewhere else and save this little place of serenity as is for those of us who love these places and want to stay in them! I did't like the fact there was no TV, no air-conditioning and no soaker tub. I loved the fact none of those things were there, allowing us to enjoy the sight and sound of the lagoon mere footsteps away, the island breeze and the smells it brought and who needs a soaker tub when you have a southern Pacific lagoon so close? Thanks Cheran and family for being truly awesome.

I can't say enough about this place!! And the hosts Cheran and Ponny (sorry if spelling of names is wrong) were absolutely wonderful. The location is fantasitc and private, quiet and it has a rustic charm. The bungalows are clean and have all that you need for a quiet get away. My wife and I stayed here for a week and would recommend this place to anyone who really wants to enjoy a quiet, relaxing week. If you want to do a few things you will need to have a scooter or car, but if you don't need much even that is not needed as there are a few places to eat in close walking distance.
