We stayed at the Mono Vista villa, it was my husband, teenage son and myself. The owner arranged transportation from San Jose to Jungle Creek. Door to door service on a busy traffic day. It was relaxing and Coco was a good driver. This family run establishment is a work in progress in that they are continually improving the grounds and the buildings. Mono Vista was very comfortable for the 3 of us. Paula, the owner greeted us and provided a briefing on Jungle Creek 101. She has created a comprehensive manual on everything you need to know about staying at Jungle Creek and enjoying the area. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and a lovely basket of fresh ground coffee and other goodies. Even a bottle of bubbly for New Years! Mono Vista is quite private with a fabulous covered porch to hang out on. Loved it when Goldie and Suzy, the family dogs, came to visit. The pool area is a common area up a few steps from our villa. It is an inviting space and a great place to watch the exotic birds Paula is very helpful in booking tours and suggesting restaurants. She was out of town for a couple days during our stay and her onsite manager, Orlando stepped in and was very nice and helpful.

We loved our stay at Jungle Creek! We are a family of 4 (kids ages 10 and 12) and we stayed in the Dos Palmas villa. It was much bigger than we expected with a good-sized kitchen/living room area, two large bedrooms with closets and a very large bathroom (with a handy clothesline!). The villa was very well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. The property owners even left us a lovely gift basket which was so thoughtful. The villa had very comfortable beds and was spotless when we arrived. The grounds are beautiful with several common area with barbecues, chairs/tables and hammocks. We saw monkeys, scarlet macaws and toucans in the trees around Jungle Creek. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We really appreciated being able to do laundry there after travelling for several days. The communication we had with Paula and Clark, the property owners, was excellent from the time we booked until our arrival. They sent us a long list of possible excursions and assisted us in booking them (both tours we booked through them were amazing!). They also provided us with lots of helpful tips and suggestions in advance and in the booklet in our villa. Unfortunately Paula and Clark were away during our stay but the manager, Orlando, was very helpful and attentive. The location is great - in a quiet neighborhood, very close to both Manuel Antonio and Quepos. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Manuel Antonio National Park. I’m so glad we chose this property and would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Overall, we were happy to stay at Jungle Creek, the villa El Gekko (studio) was spacious enough for a couple and cozy like on pictures. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The location is nice and the patio with the beautiful view on the jungles, we spotted a few times scarlet macaws (red parrot). It was convenient to go to local amenities (including Park Manuel Antonio) by a car. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great resort for our family of 17. Eight bedrooms split into four separate units gave us plenty of private space with a large gathering deck and a pool so we could eat together outside. The accommodations were very comfortable, roomy and perfect for us - especially in light of the restrictions for Covid, we felt very safe having the resort to ourselves. Paula and Angelina were wonderful hosts and acted as a concierge team for our time in Costa Rica. They were welcoming and gracious and helped us navigate the week with ease. I would definitely return!

My wife and I stayed at the "Time to Wine Down" condo. We loved the location - wonderful restaurants within walking distance and beaches a short bus or taxi ride away.
Paula was a wonderful host - she arranged for a shuttle from the airport, gave us a welcome basket of coffee, pineapple and other goodies, and organized some excursions for us. She makes you feel like family!
The condo has a spacious deck with an ocean view. We saw capuchin and squirrel monkeys from the deck and heard howler monkeys every morning.
If you are looking for a stress-free stay in the Manuel Antonio area, this is the place for you!

We stayed at Jungle Creek Villa for a week Mid March, 2020. The host Paula was so welcoming and in a few short days felt like a good friend. Our two bedroom condo was perfect for two couples, very well equipped for cooking and relaxing, with comfortable beds and spacious warmth. The pool area was clean, comfortable and great area to relax and share stories with other guests. Paula knew the area well and was of great assistance in planning our excursions and other outings.
As our stay came to an end, the COVID-19 shut down was approaching. Paula was so helpful and willing to let us use her connections and means of communication to help us make new plans.
I would highly recommend Jungle Creek for almost any sort of traveller.

My partner and I stayed at Jungle Creek from Dec. 28 to January 3, 2020.
Full disclosure Paula and I grew up together.
That said we thought the service we received was excellent. Paula helped book trips and gave suggestions for restaurants and activities while we stayed. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Being able to cook our own meals was something that my partner and I both enjoyed, and the local fruit was absolutely delicious.
I dislocated my shoulder on New Years Eve (not Paula's fault) and Paula and Antonio arranged for the local clinic to provide treatment. The staff at the clinic were great and the treatment I received, while painful, was top-notch.
The setting for the villas is absolutely beautiful, with lots of wildlife literally in the back yard. We went to Manuel Antonio National park and, again it was a great experience. We also did the Coastline hike which was in the brochure. The guide was wonderful and the views were absolutely magnificent. It was a bit of a hard hike, mostly because of the heat, but we were both really glad that we did it.
I definitely recommend Jungle Creek. I have done the all-inclusive thing in Costa Rica and I far preferred this experience.

We stayed in the El Gekko suite. It was spacious and clean. The owners were out of town, but Angie gave us great service. She was helpful and responsive to our needs. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. It is a quiet and safe area. The owners were very informative in helping us prepare for our trip and gave very helpful tips and suggestions.

My first impressions of Jungle Creek were the same when we left- Wow. Everything was very clean, well stocked kitchens and well taken care living units (had some major flooding less than a week before our arrival).
I am not sure I have ever stayed somewhere as fun & exciting as Jungle Creek. Every day was a new adventure - whether it was on our excursions or while lounging pool side watching the wildlife. We saw and heard different animals daily, making our stay an endless buzz of excitement. Paula went well out of her way to accommodate our family's needs every day of our week long vacation.
Thanks to you and your staff Paula - we made a lifetime of memories that will be shared for years to come!

We stayed at Jungle Creek Villas for 4 days in the El Gekko Villa (Studio), which is right next to the outdoor pool. The room was very spacious and had many of the comforts of being home. The Manager (Heidy) meet us when we arrived and was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay with suggestions on where to eat or go during our stay. Heidy also booked some excursions for us during our stay.
