There are a few options. Taxi usually around 45min and about 150rmb. Metro rail ( subway although may not be operating by the time you get thru customs etc ) that late at night. As you exit with your bag while still in the terminal you may be approached by multiple driver shuttle cars guys that will organize a rode for you - vehicles often quite nice versus taxi. They will say 300 but refuse and tell them cash 200maximum. It helps to say you do business there all the time you want local price not tourist price. Taxis are ok but drivers can be hit and miss on their ability and safety. Buckle up and I if in a taxi ride upfront. Taxi usually only take cash in Rmb and not foreign cc.
