Great stay. Very courteous and helpful front desk. We stayed the night, coming back from Boston, the hotel is relatively newly built so room and bathroom were modern and very clean. Delicious and warm breakfast. Overall had a nice stay!! Will definitely stay there again if passing through the area.

Fantastic experience at this new Holiday Inn Express & Suite. The staff greeted us very joyous and friendly. Our room had the right amenities and the king size bed was so comfortable. The room was decorated very tasteful. Housekeeping staff was very accommodating when we needed extra pillows and towels. The best part was the next morning we had a delicious hot and fresh breakfast. The staff for the breakfast were so friendly and helpful. Check out was done the night before and was so easy. We will be back for sure!

Not bad for a 1 night stay. We didn't use the pool or fitness center but they were open just needed to reserve a time slot at the front desk. The beds were comfy and the room looked clean. For breakfast, it was yogurt, milk, cereal, bagel/toast and muffins. The items were refilled frequently and the cereal, bagel and muffin items were individually wrapped in plastic. You can checkout on the tv which was convenient so you didn't need to stop at the front desk. Only drawback was that the walls are thin, we kept hearing the room next door when they talked.

OK we stayed here for two nights and on a positive note the staff was very nice, I even bought some of the staff ice cream. The pool and the gym were great and the location was near a lot of things. Quick Check next-door within walking distance.WiFi was great. We got a 2 queen bed suite with a pull out sofa. There’s was no bedding so I had to run down and get sheets to make our own beds. Housekeeping is not allowed in the room due to COVID. OK so got back to the room and my key card was not working so back down I went ( sadly this happened so many times during our stay) The room had no toilet paper, towels or soap. Some of the outlets did not work along with some lights. Bathroom door had tape in the door jam because it did not shut. This was not fun with 3 teenagers. To top it off breakfast is served from 6:30 AM till 9:30 AM. We arrived at 8 AM and the only thing left was banana muffins, a few boxes frosted flakes cereal ,Black bananas , cold coffee , & yogurts. Sadly this happened both mornings. It was like a repeat from the day before . I understand it was a “grab and go” but unfortunately , there was nothing for us to grab so we had to pay for breakfast. This was one of the reasons I chose this facility. Also, bring your own towels to the pool area because they did not refill them at all in 3 days. I would expect a response from management because this was extremely disappointing for all of us and I recommended so many people to this hotel prior. My reviews are always honest and fair and I very rarely post a negative one. I’m not one to complain but , this was a disaster

This place has bed bugs. Found one at 5am on night two of a 3-night stay. Went to front desk to complain. Desk clerk admits the place has had bed bugs but thought they were taken care of. We ask for manager to resolve the issue. Desk clerk come back without the manager and says they will comp back one night of the multi-night stay. Ridiculous. Did they think we were going to just stay for another night ? Desk clerk goes back to the manager and comes back again without a manager, but says the manager will give us back all three nights. Never even came out to speak to us.
We proceed to have to bag up all our belongings which were substantial since we traveled with two young children. Drove all the way back home, straight to a laundromat. Hot water wash and high heat dry all our clothes and whatever belongings could go into a washer and dryer at the laundromat.
Proceeded to spend that day AND all of the next day, vacuuming, wiping, disinfecting, and steam heat treating LITERALLY all of our belongings before bringing them into the house. We even had to get our vehicle detailed at a car wash with high heat steam treatment, spending an additional $150 at a car on top of all the expenses spent at the laundromat, and wasting literally two entire days of our vacation.
What a nightmare this turned out to be.

My room was on the 4th floor on the side closest to the freeway and was VERY noisy. Also, the bathroom shower doors and fixtures were covered with water spots. It looked like they had not been cleaned between occupants. The shades did not keep the light out and broke during my stay. I reported it to the front desk in the morning, and no one bothered to let me know that no one was going to come to repair it. After a second request, someone came and left the blind in pulled down and ask me to leave it that way. It was unpleasant. The hotel did not have hot breakfast and had not even bothered to put up a sign to explain why they had nothing but probiotic yogurts, 3 cold cereals and dry bread and muffins.

First I would like people to know there is a public park in the front of the hotel. I seen a lot of complaints of this. NYC does this and a few other hotels have this. The hotel is ok some wear and tear that should be kept up but that would be on the owner. But rooms are new with small freg. Water in shower could be better and sink is a bit slow draining.

Seems like a relatively new place in the area. Staff was pleasant , rooms were very clean . Bathroom was neat and spotless . I was impress with the complimentary breakfast bar that included hot foods , cereal and a fully stacked fridge . Although the second day coming in towards closing (930) they ran out of milk and plates. The only downside is the pool is extremely Small . Says max 54 people but honestly no more than 10 if you want to social distance . Clean workout area as well. Would definitely come back

We recently had a family member who was a patient at Orange Regional Med Center This hotel was very convenient and an excellent value. The stay was pleasant and the free breakfast was a bonus. The rooms were clean and new and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice new mid range hotel. The room and layout were clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed using the Smart TV and watching my shows without having to sign in on the hotel television.
Breakfast wasn’t great, some days hot breakfast was available, most days just a continental grab and go set up.
The biggest con was the strong scent of marijuana in the elevators. There also seemed to be a lot of people sitting in cars in the parking lot every time I went out, no matter the time of day. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t care for that at all. That being said, inside the hotel was always quiet and felt safe.
In conclusion, nice hotel for the price I paid. Watch your back in the parking lot. The elevators might give you an contact high. But seriously- super comfy room, great layout, new everything and Smart TVs make this a nice little relaxing spot for whatever you may be doing.
