We have stayed at this hotel in the past. This last stay was terrible. The hotel is needing updates. I went to use the hair dryer and it fell off the wall. Our phone didn't work. The side door into the hotel was never locked. We never got new towels unless we got them at the front desk. Also, it seems like this chain has contracts with construction companies. Too many construction workers staying here.
This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. It is not clean, trash not emptied, floors not vacuumed, horrible smell, hair everywhere!!! Do not stay here!!! It is old and run down….the smell affected my throat, it was probably mold.
My friend and I stopped here for the night. Sadly, I wish we would have kept driving as this place was not well kept at all. The elevator had a truly pungent odor. The room itself seemed clean, but upon further inspection it was lacking in so many ways. The bathroom floor was dirty and there were streaks of something on the bathroom counter. There were only 2 towels and it appeared that the toiletries were previously used. The carpet was damp which caused the room to be extra humid and the A/C unit struggled even set at 60. I would suggest that the whole facility needs a thorough cleaning and disinfecting.
It wasn’t a horrible stay, but it wasn’t great either. The small pool outside was nice. We were there for a week and it was never crowded. Rooms were reasonably clean. Breakfast, if they had enough to put it out, was: Mini yogurt cups, instant oatmeal packets, prepackaged danish, biscuit with gravy, scrambled eggs, and DIY waffles. Housekeeping every three days for longer stays. We were still in the room when housekeeping came- no knock, no announcing, just walked in. Realizing we were in the room, they walked back out without saying anything- no sorry, no excuse me. Make sure to pull shut the room door, it won’t close on its own. Parking is hard to find in the evenings. They must rent out their lot- a tractor/trailer and several large work trucks parked side ways across multiple spots were out every night. The biggest disappointment was that none of the workers we encountered looked pleasant at all and couldn’t even bother to give a fake smile. They could have at least pretended they were happy we chose that hotel.…
I want to take this opportunity to give the entire team.. the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management, a HUGE SHOUT-OUT!!! My husband and I stayed at your hotel on 6/29/21. We were two weary travelers, after traveling for 10 hours. Our room was simply OUTSTANDING!!!! Our room was over-the-top clean, quiet, and I have to say, the best shower ever!! Thank you all, for, your hard work and dedication and for going above and beyond with taking care of your guests! Each of you make a tremendous difference!! :) High-5’s all around!!
