awesome stay at hotel with great hospitality very near to pride hotel novotel and new town bus stand i visited for work at sector v and found this to be in great location and with beautiful interiors will surely visit again

This property is situated at a very good and prime location in new town kolkata,
the rooms are neat and tidy
unmarried couples are not allowed in this hotel.
they have a good banquet hall too.

Room cleanliness and quality of linen etc. is good. A lot could be improved though. Room geyser was not working and nothing was done upon request. While check-out they wanted to charge me for a guest who had been in my room for a couple of hours. When I objected, they changed their mind. Room size is also way smaller than they show in the pictures and the location too seemed a bit unsafe.

Rooms are good. Well maintained. Service is also good. Coffee here is a must try. It’s amazing. Internet and Cable were giving occasional problems, but the overall stay was very pleasant. Location wise, you definitely need a map to get back to this place. Roads here are little confusing.

Huge rooms, very comfortable bed and huge bathrooms. Breakfast was so amazing, with lots of choices. The facilities are lovely with beautiful architecture and design. Really great experience at reasonable price.

If you are looking for a short stay and have work around Newtown then this is nice place.
Property is newly built. Bit inside, there are no shops nearby.
There was some issue with swipe machine so had to go to ATM, fetch cash.
Had dinner there itself.Thali was good though slighly overpriced.
Overall a nice place to stay for short stay.

Should check bed sheet and bed covers. It seems they are used ones without proper cleaning.
Must consider hygene.
No flexibility for a non-vegeterian.
Otherwise, nicely located property.
Service people are cooperative.

Nice cosy rooms. Small banquet hall on the fourth floor. And good for families and guests to stay on a wedding.
The only negative is that the beds were very very very uncomfortable.
They decorated the place very well for us to give it a wedding look.

I stayed here and my room was on top floor. And outside room window nice city visualisation can be seen early morning. Clean rooms & bathrooms. Staffs were also responsive & helpful here. Will like to stay at this hotel again.
