A budget hotel with a good service. Its a cute little place with a good location from market, main road etc. Its a very safe place with good staff specially for female solo travellrs. Food is good, Tea is really refreshing, inshort breakfast will not disappoint you. I dont have any idea about lunch but dinner is again good. Hot water in bathroom was the only issue we had to face. Otherwise its an excellent place, clean and safe and on prime location and a budge place also.

11th December 2021 , we booked a banquet hall for baby shower event . It was a amazing experience from decoration to food it was perfect. Though they had there different menu for food on our special request they arranged and prepared special menu for us. The taste was delicious and all are guest were delighted . It is perfect for birthday parties , baby shower or any special occasion. Staff members were also equally soft spoken and helpful and provided us the best service.
Looking forward for more such events in jai ambe maa guest house.

My parents stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was well-maintained. They appreciated the cleanliness of the premises. The staff was cooperative and well-behaved. Very nice people they said. The hotel is located in the core part of the city and is easily accessible.

Booked this property directly, rooms are pigeon hole. Nothing in the name of amenities apart from an ageing AC and dusted boxes containing hand-wash and shampoo, nothing else !! Break-fast was complimentary but nothing to brag about. 2/3 items on ala-carte served in room with limited quantities. Do not even have eggs to order. Apparently, had few other comparatively bigger rooms available but were not allocated. Truly a pathetic experience never expected from a hotel chain priding on their services/facilities. Pictures do not match the reality .. Not recommended and would never turn up here !!

I stayed here 5 nights with my family. Experience was good. Hotel staffs were nice, service was very quick. Foods were excellent (but only veg options). If you wanna explore non-veg option, you will find good bengali resturants within 1 km. Recommended!

Good clean rooms, enjoyed 4 nights stay with family. Courteous staff. Room service order delivery times can be reduced, everything else was very good, location of the hotel is perfect. I intend to stay again.

Its a great hotel,the service is very good.
The staffs are very polite,mannered and gental overall they are very good.
It feels like home away home. The tast oh the foods are good. The cleanly ness of the hotel and room is great. Housekeeping staffs are also good.
