I stayed with my family in this hotel for 10 days (July 2022)and I must say that out of all the various hotels,in which i have stayed ,all across India ,this one was the best.Whether it be service,food, amenities,hygiene all were par excellence.Hotel staff is so well mannered and efficient that even if they drop a spoon by mistake they will say sorry to you 10 times.Whether it's Rudrani or Shubhodeep at the front desk or Aarti ,Bijoy,Pallab ,Mandip in the restaurant or Binoy the room service guy they all were so cordial that it felt as if they knew us from a long time .They went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable and kept my young daughter entertained.Nimmi the GM is definitely doing really good work and whenever I visit kolkata next ,it's my hotel for sure.
Besides this breakfast and dinner served are as lavish as it can get with excellent taste.The hotel has a rooftop pool ,gym etc which keeps one fit and active too.
Location too is very nice hardly 10 mins walk from the main road or acropolis mall

We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days from 17th to 23rd February. Check in was fast but an extra bed was not made in advance despite numerous reminders. The housekeeping boy had to be told to bring in an extra bed instead of the sofa he insisted was the extra bed. However, he was quick to respond to our request for the extra bed and towel. Breakfast was rather limited but good, nevertheless. The staff there were obliging and helpful. The only setback is the inability of most of them to converse in English. Even, simple English. So it was a little hard for us to convey our needs at times. Overall, the hotel is definitely a good place to stay. Rooms are well kept and cleaned daily as per our request. Special mention to Tushar who made the stay a memorable one with his huge smile anytime of the day.

We have visited many clubs on different ocassions of our friends and relatives. This was the best in terms of food and arrangement and ofcourse hospitalily. Food was tasty and they have made assured that the food is served warm. Peas kachori, mutton were the best. Also the baked fish was yummm. Sahid, who was incharge of the banquet was quite good in his job.He helped us wherever we required help. He managed the floor very efficiently.

Absolutely horrific and this is a 4* hotel as per classification, checked in on 01/01/22 for just a day to celebrate my fiance belated birthday called a day prior for any celebration packages like decoration if possible they said it is not possible at all and closed the conversation like that without even offering an alternative like any cakes or wines can be placed in room ,that is done had to go out to celebrate the occasion, at check in although seeing we are travelling as couple the receptionist Mr.Samrat offered room #206 and key wasn't working thankfully a manager opened the room with master key and to my amaze it was a twin bed room and I immediately went to reception and again Mr.Samrat gave room #304 and again it is a twin bed , sadly the receptionist doesn't know room configuration , again I went down and finally the gave a room with double bed #211 , coming to room the interiors are extremely worn out as if the hotel was renovated during East India times , the floors were dirty, the sofa had POP dust, the wash room is worn out and towel given was used one with stains also no menu card in room, room was booked for 2AD but amenities kept only for 1 person like towel which is dirty , dental kit etc, went to reception to ask for extended late check out for an hour and a half again it is a no as u have to 2500 + tax if u want late check out, moreover what I learnt from staff here that everything is a no here anything u ask answer is no .Overall it is big no for booking your stay here, it was my mistake I booked the hotel and wasted my very first day of the year 2022 as it was very close to my work vicinity. To whoever who will be reviewing the feedback from hotel side kindly take a note of all the points as in the name of hospitality staff needs training for very small petite things.

It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Regenta Orkos. The location is a little interior but that doesn’t negatively impact. After a change in rooms, the room we got was a pretty big room, the bathroom was a bit congested but overall comfortable room and they provided us rollaway bed for extra adult. The breakfast spread was very good, definitely worth adding it to ur stay. Arati and her staff at kitchen were very helpful. The staff at reception were humble and helping too. The housekeeping staff was also very accommodating. Stay was above 3 star category. I could hear the DJ music mildly in our bathroom at 4th floor in the night but nothing disturbing sleep and all, so it’s better to take 4th floor or lesser if visiting with family.

Very gentle behaviour left my wrist watch in hotel room, the staff are so kind to return it to me after 3 days really very happy. Flower decoration was upto the mark. The behaviour of the staff was polite. Overall the experience was good.

Thank You all very much for your kind hospitality Mr. Sujoy Bhattacharya, and your team members, Mr. Ashok, Ms. Sayanika, Sahid & others to make our private event on 8th Oct'22 (eve) at HARMONY Banquet, very much successful. Your suggestion in selecting all food items was fabulous enjoyed & appreciated very much by our guests of all ages. Thanks to Ms. Sayanika especially for this. Negative issue was the room which we booked, had loose card inserting electrical connection resulting frequent power off & disturbed whole night sleep. Also, no toilet paper in bathroom. Not up to the mark the room, for the price charged & designated stars. Overall, very nice experience had of the event.

Stay at Regenta was pleasant and relaxing. The rooms were clean and tidy. Though, I won’t rate the Hotel as 4 Star and if you are staying with kids who are 4 or 5 years old, some areas are unclean. Specifically, the crevices underneath the bed and at the side partition near the bed had old dirt and spider webs. So, I ignored it as my child was quite old enough those spaces. The food was prepared good as Restaurant Manager Ms. Aarti was helpful with all amenities. Though, I felt that the menu lacked variety as it was standard food found it most hotels. Overall, I will say that the location is good, food is good and rooms are clean unless you try to knit pick the small orifices and areas where little kids might reach. I can recommend to stay with family.

Hotel is located at peaceful area near to acropolis mall. A few points to highlight after spending 6 days
1. Breakfast consists of wide range of foods, same is true with the Lunch and dinner too. They provide customized food choices also. However, dinning capacity is for about 40 - 45 people at a time so sometime having food is time consuming specially if you are in a business meeting where time is important.
2. Conference rooms are good, accompanied by one dedicated person to take care of all the conference related needs
3. Rooms are nicely designed and interiors also good
4. This hotel has Spac, gyn and Disco which makes it a perfect place for residing, fun and relaxation too
5. Staff are co-operative and polite
A good venue for corporate meeting or other events
