Stayed in room #312, for 3 nights. Rooms are modern and the size okay. The management takes all measures & precautions in terms of safety for Covid 19. They are all very serious about it. Rooms are cleaned every alternate days. Sometimes it’s a problem, if you spill something on the floor or you want the bathroom to be cleaned. Buffet breakfast is below average, with very limited items, but you can survive. They have reduced their tariffs with reduced incentives and facilities. The best part is their Complimentary Dinner with fixed menu. Though it becomes boring and monotonous from the third night onwards. Anyway, I’ll stay again. The prices are very attractive. And the property taking all possible precautions for this pandemic. Remember, they are operating with minimum staff, so any service or requests will take minimum of 30-45 minutes. Special thanks to Tarun in the housekeeping department for the prompt service for sorting out the electrical problem in the room.

Me and our team came to the hotel after the lockdown and the storm. There was no shortage of hotel facilities even in this odd situation. The guard of the hotel, Gayodhar ji, Murali ji checked all the people daily with a thermal scanner and allowed us to enter the hotel. Borototi ji, Tripti ji, Syantan ji, Faiz ji were seen smiling in our service. Tariq ji, Sami ji, Ashish ji, Prabhat ji of house keeping have kept our clothes and rooms neatly clean which was most important in this corona period. Sajjad ji, Piyujit ji, Illivi ji, Janhvi ji, Mayank ji, Ranayjit ji, all of you served food for us with a smile on your face, even when I need breakfast at 6 am, There was no shortage in your service. Pritam ji, Hasanji, you made good and tasty food in the underlying. Heartfelt gratitude to all of you for the smile on your face. Love to all of you.

This was our first engagement with Lemon Tree and we are glad we chose Lemon Tree for all our guests travelling from across the country and outside India for there stay in Kolkata during our wedding celebration. It is located at a convenient location with just twenty minutes drive from Airport and access to some great malls in its vicinity. The management and all its staffs and members are courteous and prompt to help the guests and solve their problems.
Managing accommodation for so many people can prove to be difficulty but our experience was smooth.
I would like to thank the team at Lemon Tree for their exemplary service; from providing clean and well maintained rooms with all modern amenities to easy and flexible check-in and check-out services. We also hosted many functions like Mehendi and other Lunch and Dinner parties at the hotel banquets. The service during these were commendable and the food was delectable. The chef recommended us some of his own specialty and it was something all the guests enjoyed.
We would like to make a special mention of Mr Rohit Sharma and Mr Surajit Das form the F&B department for their assistance in hosting those memorable parties.
Ms Tripti Sharma was very supportive and helpful in coordinating the entirety of our stay.
Lastly we would also thank Mr. Agnijit Ghosh for helping and guiding us from the day we approached them to the day we checked out and making our stay memorable and comfortable.

Had a pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Premier, Kolkata in the month of April, 2021. The hotel is located in New Town free from the mess and clutter of Central Kolkata. The rooms are fresh and crisp as the property is relatively new. In room dining/In house restaurant menu is quite limited. Food quality is okayish. However, the F & B team are ever ready to address your concerns. Their efforts in keeping you happy is appreciable. The breakfast served in the morning is good but seems monotonous when you stay for a longer period. Rotation of breakfast menu/introduction of new items is very much needed. The prices at which the hotel is available these days makes it incredible value for all that it offers. It is a very much recommendable property!!

I must mention that the Housekeeping team and F&B guys are very cooperative. Without any complaint Pralhad & his housekeeping team did an excellent job during our stay of 3 months, they always taking care of us, they always kept my room neat & clean, kept all required toiletries in an organized way, whenever there is any problem Pralhad took the initiative to call the maintenance guy to resolve my complaint. It was the same case with the F&B team; they too were very cooperative, especially Pradipta & Sayan from the F&B team took good care of us during the entire duration of our 3 months stay.

I booked this hotel for a one night layover under the impression that it is at least a 4 star property. Hence, I was disappointed that the room had no slippers, robe or stocked minibar. However, turns out it's actually a 3 star hotel and I must say it's probably one of the best in it's category in Kolkata. It's location is super convenient, just 20 minutes drive from the airport, bang opposite Axis Mall/Novotel and adjacent to DLF Galleria. There are several other hotels surrounding it including Ibis, Pride Plaza etc. The room itself, a base category room on the 10th floor (I think it was) was immaculately clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've tried in any hotel. The large windows afforded one a nice view of the flyover opposite the hotel and Rajarhat One which is next door. Writing table, comfortable chair, large flatscreen smart TV where one can cast your mobile device or even use your Firestick. The cupboard had the usual safe, storage and most important, an iron with accompanying iron stand. Bathroom was well fitted as well with a separate shower enclosure. The entire hotel smelt really nice if you like the lemon aroma. The gym was quite well equipped as well which is located near the pool overlooking the main road. One of the best parts of the property is that they allow food to be ordered in via Zomato etc. You just need to go pick it up from the gate and although this alone is a nice touch, facilitating delivery to the rooms would make the experience better. Now the negatives - as I mentioned, no bathroom slippers, just one bath towel and a face towel (not a problem as such as I was alone but it seemed such an obvious cost cutting measure). The breakfast too was rather inadequate for a non vegetarian like me as I saw just one option on offer the next morning - steamed fish or chicken I think it was. No sausages or cold cuts, salami, ham, meatballs etc. The selection of breads too was really limited with just sliced bread on offer. No baguettes, croissants, buns, pastries etc. But again, remember, this is a three star hotel and I guess the food was okay relatively speaking. I had just returned from Bangkok where even the smallest hotels have an extensive non veg menu so I'm nit picking at this stage. Also, the reception need to be better trained at guest interaction, both verbally and in terms of body language. However, the other service staff were really nice to talk to and all of them were as helpful as anyone can be. All in all, this hotel is really nice property with a great location and has scope to be even better. I would definitely return.

Excellent hotel with a commutable location ,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! Sometimes it happens that we know the greatness of a place and how much it offered only when we leave it behind. Indeed, I was in that situation yesterday when I was checking out Lemon tree Kolkata.
A hotel where I thoroughly cherished my stay during this week official travel. My week cannot end without being grateful for number of things which DELIGHTED me …. The mega size glass window which gave me a beautiful morning view where every day early I sat by and got fixated with serenity of the sunrise. One day to my surprise by my room window in 9th floor I was woken up by a loud scream of eagle which was sitting in the window concrete edge… I can’t ask for more on that day !...
If lemon grass is the fragrance you love, then this is the right place for you…The floors are bright with beautiful paintings hung which puts you in awe as you walk down to your room… Fitness center has a great view of the New Town road …
"Terrific" is the word when I think about the restaurant, though the spread was limited I loved the taste which the chefs carefully added to each of them… The staffs in restaurant are so courteous, ensured everyone is well fed and also had great suggestions to guest on specialties of west Bengal..
Thank you Chef Uma Kiran, Chef Pritam, Priojit, Ranajith,Mayukh. I also loved the Turbo charged energy and smiles of the active boys (orange boys) in the restaurant who had unstoppable smile in their face as they walked to serve each table. The night buffet has good amount of spread than the morning.
