This a pretty good hotel. Well maintained. The ambience is average. Good parking is available. Looks like a new hotel as the local cabbies do not know much about the whereabouts of this hotel. And a small board to the access did not make it any better. It certainly is value for money. Staff are courteous. Breakfast is good. The network reception is poor, especially for Airtel at the time of my visit. This made my uber booking a huge hassle. The hotel wifi didn't help me either. Speeds are so low, that I would rather prefer an unstable network than their wifi. Room is quite good. Small, but good. Has got all the amenities inside, that you would expect from a business hotel. In short, Good hotel with poor wifi.

comfortable stay, good for corporate individuals on business trips looking for mid/long terms stays at Kolkata, no other hotel chain in the locality offers bookings with assistance as per rates authorised to both government/civil job holders. Swimming pool facility is good and maintained appropriately. Staff is professional and holds the environment positive and assisting at all times, special mention for AR khan, Manas , Ankita (Food and dining), (Rina, Ashik room Maint crew )and Shadab(reception) Stayed for around 20 days. Relaxing stay, cleanliness 5/5, food variety 4/5, food quality 4/5, staff 5/5, rooms 5/5, room maintenance 5/5.

The staff there were so accommodating and made me feel so at home, going out of their way to help me navigate Kolkata, make sure I had everything I needed and even graciously took special food requests that weren’t on the menu. Was here for the wedding and the service was not at all acceptable. We were staying in the bungalow suite room where first the air conditioner was not working and room service took forever to come. Housekeeping team was super slow . The girl at the front desk named KHUSHI was way to rude and arrogant towards the guests. Couldn’t find any reasons to come here back !!!!

Staying at this hotel presently,
Apart from the dirty floor of the room, the non functional A/c, refrigerator for which I've complained 7times and technicians visited 3 times with no result yet, the management is totally horrible, robots at the front desk.
We are a wedding group, who've booked half the hotel, and have 1 functional lift for all luggage,services and guests, a turn comes in the 3-4shift and their blatant refusal to allow access via the other lifts.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thank God I've for the outside catering we have and our family that makes this place bearable.
Somebody must have paid some X amount of hard earned money to Aristocrat Hotel for keeping us guests comfortable and happy.
Would recommend this hotel to my enemies probably.

Affordable and welcoming. The staff was always friendly and helpful, in giving us everything we needed when we asked and quickly as well. The breakfast was affordable and savoury. The gym was always available and up to standard. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here.
