VERY VERY BAD HOTEL

I have gone to this hotel. i had my heavy bags. the hotel reception told room price 2000.
i checked in MMT and it was Rs 1640. i booked through my mobile
then the people spoke and told as i have booked with 1640, so i have to pay them balance 340 and they can confirm.
i didi not agree.

the room type they showed and qoted was same as mmt.

i told if they want anything, let them give me in writing. that i need to pay or i they donot have room.
they refused to give anything in writing, they did not give the room
i called mmt. mmt called them they agreed to give me the room but made me waiting till night 11 pm and then gave the room.
very very bad experiance .

i highly advise all not to book this hotel in any channel

this is my first review on any hotel., and this is turely and truely bad experiance.

i HAVE BOOKED IN THIS HOTEL ( THE CONFIRMATION SLIP ATTACHED )
THE HOTEL DID NOT ALLOW ME CHECK IN AS THEY INSISTED NOT TO HONNER THE MMTBOOKING

This is not a hotel... It is a dance bar. You can hear the bar music till 2am in your room.

No towels in rooms. Hot water tap was dry..

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. I selected looking at location which was near to my ultimate destination but its a real wrong choice..

i booked it through internet stayed for one day and shifted to different hotel. the rooms were dingy you cant even read newspaper. rooms were too colorful, bathroom had neon lights, who puts such kind of lights. there were mosquitoes all over. hotel is good for staying at day but at night the live dance bar is very noisy. you cant even speak on your mobile. the bar invites very bad crowd an d the entrance is same for hotel and bar. avoid it especially if you are with your family because of its nocturnal activities. food is good and the service also prompt.

I was here on 24 December 2011. The hotel is around 10 K.M from city center but just less than 5 K.M from Airport. The hotel is good for singles, as a Disco bar is also working with this Property. You can enjoy your night at this disco bar. Hotel is near to Airport however not recommended to whom they have early morning flights, as disco bar is working till 0200 Hrs.
Hotel is very nice and well appointed rooms.Staffs are very helpful. There is an on site restaurant here and food is tasty and not so costly.
If you have a single and you want enjoy your night in Kolkata, then you can select this hotel.

The reason why we pick the hotel was because it was near the airport. That was true but we made a wrong choice. We had such a head splitting night because of the music bar/karaoke/disco below the hotel which went on and on and on and on so loud till early morning.Luckily we had to spend only one night in this horrible hotel.Staff also were not helpful.AVOID This hotel.we didnt sleep a wink.

This hotel is situated at Jessore Road. outside contraction of hotel is not good but rooms are good. Price are little higher side but can be affordable for 1 or 2 days. food is good but room service is slow. it has live band bar, which is very noisy and crowded. do not take room near to bar, otherwise you can not sleep till 12.30 . nearby you can find big bazar and other mall. it is very near to salt lake (4 km approx) and air port (5-6 km).

After a lot of Google searching to find a nice hotel for my honeymoon trip .We were planning this trip with our friend who also was recently married...i finally came accross KINGSTON CHU DEN BOUTIQUE HOTEL contacted the reservations directly.
PHINGU BHUTIA inchargeas absolutely helpful for making the arrangements and we booked the hotel for 4 days.

We were initially apprehensive when we reached the place but the moment we got down from the car the hotel staff came to pick our luggage...and guided us...
staff welcomed us with gifting us their traditional scarves and welcomed us.The Hotel was Awesome...My husband loved it and our friend also loved it...

Every kind of facility was available and at our service...The Hotel staff's smiles never went off their faces and they were there to help us at every opportunity..

Breakfast was packed for us if we had to leave early for sightseeing...which i don't think all hotels do...

Well, it's more like a bar than a hotel. So it's not good for families; unless you are willing to have further unpleasant experiences. The rooms are not well maintained. Customer service was poor. It's not at such a good location - it will take a considerable amount of time to navigate to reach the airport. The hotel has tried anything and everything to make this place seem expensive whereas in all fairness it doesn't deserve that.
