Excellent location. Very close to airport. It hardly takes 15-20 minutes from the airport. Amenities & room service good.
Breakfast can be improved by adding some items. Very limited optiins. Rooms are very compact.

The staffs are very good. Mr. Krishna mondol and Mr. Prasad, who served us mostly was really helpful. We were really greatful...Excellent location. Very close to airport.Room service was awesome .
Breakfast can be improved by adding some items. Very limited options.Pls include non veg dishes on ur restaurant menu. Tea was Vry testy, Rooms are very compact. Wi-Fi speed was Good . Every time time in Kolkata, I will put here.

We booked four standard rooms and paid in advance we were given two standard rooms and two single rooms when we objected they asked us to talk to Treebo directly as these were the only rooms available this was our first trip to kolkotta on a pilgrimage everyone was in the age of 70-75 they were tired so I could not do anything. This is cheating pure and simple and u will not grow as an organization by doing this I put the same message on treebo website hope someone reads it and gets back. Stayed here for one night in November, 2022 to catch a flight next day. The Location is great. Just 10 minutes to the airport and plenty of cabs available (160-200 Rs Max). But the rooms are very small, no restaurants, Only one option in the breakfast (breakfast starts at 8:30 and you might have to miss it if you have a early flight). The room was clean but the bed sheets, pillow covers were not clean, TV remote was missing. As per the Price (2500/- for standard room) it is a bit expensive if you consider the facilities. Staffs were helpful. Good thing is that decent restaurants are around this hotel so you wont have problem with food. I suggest the hotel should improve with the things that I have pointed here. Wish to see again if you improve!

We had stayed in this hotel for two days and was a very pleasant stay . We were delighted by the " never say NO " attitude of the staff. To some extend we found staff to be more accomodative and responsive to our request better than 4 star property we last stayed in phuket.
Pros:
1. Rooms are clean and cozy. 2. Food is excellent in taste. We had dinner here. 3. Staff goes out of the way to please you. 4. Location is good near airport for fliers. 5. Bathtub in bathroom in this pricing.
Cons: 1. Dining area to be cleaner ..There were flies around. 2. In case of emergency like fire no proper exit plan. 3. No balcony in the room.
Overall a good experience !!

I visited this property about 1 year ago and had a pleasent stay. Things aren't the same now. Maybe covid has taken it's toll. The room we were allotted was a cubicle, not a room. There was hardly any space for movement. A tiny cupboard was tucked inside the bathroom!! This was the first time we came across such innovative idea!! Towels had seen better days and probably were being re used. There was no milk sachet for making tea. The guy at the reception was too casual and seemed uninterested to serve the guests. The only savings grace was the food. The guys at the kitchen did a great job and served us hot wholesome food. Really a let down.

The rooms were uncleaned and linens were not changed, fungus in the rooms . The hotel has smell like someone smoking in the hotel. It was a pathetic experience staying there. And the customer support of treebo also not professional.
