Really good hotel . But in narrow siad rood . Restaurant is a bit costly but food is good .this is a clean and comfort hotel. All staff good. Service was ok. Thank's treebo diamond plaza. Overall good experiencc.

Almost new hotel, very well furnished, loved the bathroom :). their service is also good but the neighborhood is not pleasant and it's complected to figure out the address. I loved the hotel's service and everything inside.

We were with family and stayed in this hotel ,it is best hotel at the perfect location where everything is nearby and walkable distance from the hotel . Good services ,good food . As a whole loved staying here . Staff are good and friendly . Owner himself is very nice and very helpful . Thanks to him for this beautiful welcome and offer and also other small help he did while we are here in Kolkata .

The entire stay in diamond plaza was excellent. The staffs were very coperative n helpful. We have enjoyed testing new food varaties...The rooms n toilets were clean too...OVER ALL PERFECT....THANKS TREEBO FOR MAKING OUR STAY A MEMORIAL ONE..

We had taken two rooms and stayed for three days. Our stay was really pleasant and price was quite nominal too. The rooms are really near and the service request was immediately attended. The people are the reception also were friendly and patient to our queries. The location is in the Center centre of the city with many malls,bus stations and good South indian restaurants like Anand and Udipi, I would recommend Treebo Diamond Plaza.

I made my reservation at this hotel, approximately nine days in advance and received confirmation from both Hotels.com and Treebo Diamond Plaza. While travelling by train to Kolkota and to my consternation, I received an e-mail and SMS from Treebo, that my reservation was cancelled as I was late in checking in. However, after a couple of e-mails and calls, my reservation was restored. My mistake here, in not informing the hotel about my arrival.
Access to the hotel is on a narrow road, past some street dwellers and dogs.
Pros:
1. The room isn't big, but practical in size, clean and tidy, with a spacious and clean wardrobe with two hangars.
2. The toilet and bathroom too were clean with essential toiletries and a 15 litres water heater.
3. Breakfast is adequate; one can have a good fill, without being greedy and thereafter sustain without lunch.
4. An electrically operated mosquito repellent is thoughtfully provided.
5. Staff is pleasant.
6. Walking distance to Central Metro Station.
Cons:
1. Checked in late night, to a hot front office; the place has to be air conditioned.
2. The television is a small and not to my satisfaction.
3. Wash basin is small and too near to the commode.
4. Water flow from the shower is less.
5. The neighbourhood dogs fight, disturbing the peace.
6. Butter needs to be served properly in a butter dish.

Good stay with family. Efficient staff. Neat and clean. Food served in room was good. Breakfast was sufficient. Proximity to marketing centre, airport and railway station is an advantage. Central Metro station is within 5 mins walk. Its location is a bit quaint as its access is through a narrow alley where people squat ,wash,cook by its side but the upside is that being in the interior its a respite from the noise, hustle bustle of Kolkata city therefore quiet peaceful sleep. I would recommend for family & business people who needs a good night sleep.

The room staff were great, the guy behind reception was very miserable. But the rooms were on another level for dirt, absolutely disgusting. Could not wait to check out ! The district the hotel is in feels very unsafe, I would never recommend a single female staying there!!! Or anyone else for that matter !😱😱😱

We were allocated this hotel when our previously booked one cancelled at the last minute. It’s in a very poor, and difficult to find area of the town. All taxi drivers had problems finding it.
There was nowhere nice to eat nearby.
The person who took the photographs of the hotel must have been very skilled as the rooms were nothing like the photographs. Our room was filthy! Grime everywhere, around the toilet and wash basin. Bedding and towels were old and seen better days. No kettle as advertised and the air conditioning unit was falling apart! My husband said the water in the shower was hot but I’m afraid I would risk it. The staff appeared friendly but the overall experience was dreadful. Would never return!
